The seller failed to indicate to provide the item with the return labelI do not have these earrings, I returned them to the address that they provided me via emailI can have a search in my home & you will never find this earrings because I sent them backI do not accept the responseFailure to be specific via seller
As I explained to you via emails, I opened a return because my sister no longer wanted the earringsI then decided to keep them for myself, upon the 2nd wear the back latch brokeThat's when I requested the return & I have emails stating the same thingApparently paying me back my $for a pair of nothing that I have will break your bank
I will continue to report when my money is returned, because again I followed what the seller instructed as a return

PLEASE LOOK AT AMAZON RETURN GUIDE RULES AND YOU WILL SEE THAT A LABEL CAN BE PROVIDED ONLINEIT STATES IN MY RETURN POLICY THAT THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR RETURNSIF I WOULD OF RECEIVED THE EARRINGS BACK AND THEY DEFECTED I WOULD OF ISSUED THE MAILING FEE BACKCUSTOMER STATED THEY WERE DEFECTIVE, THEN KEPT , THEN BROKE AND THEN NEVER RETURNED THEM
IF THEY WOULD OF RETURNED PROBABLY ON AMAZON THEY WOULD OF HAD A TRACKING NUMBER ALONG WITH A RETURN NUMBER

You are confused, the earrings were fine to begins withI asked for a return because they were for my sisters birthday, I found out she already had the same pairShe mailed them back to me & that's when I decided to keep them for myselfI wore it once, it was fineThe second time they broke !!! That's when I asked for the returnStop changing the story & actually pay attention to what I am sayingI don't need money for shipping & as a seller it is your job to state that you've provided a shipping labelI do what I am told & you did not tell me I'm the emails to do soI returned these earrings to the address that YOU providedShipping label or not what coincidence that when my sister sent them I received them with no tracking what so everBut when I mailed them back to you & you claim to never receive them, like the post office purposely didn't send them
I don't have them & I want my return back
