My son last time at pouncing tigers was in June In Aug 2016, I was auto-charged $for a service my son did not attendIn Nov 2016, I emailed the owner regarding a refundIn Dec 2016, I received a response stating an employee "would take care of it and things would be straightened out"In April 2017, I still did not get the refund so I emailed once againIt's now May and I still have not received the refund
