Hi,The doctor nor the vet has informed me that the [redacted] is optional nor the price of the injection. They did not say that it costs anything that is why when I received the bill I told the vet assistant that I did not know that the [redacted] is $30 and then she said I should have opted out (which I did not know I have the option to do). They might have some kind of CCTV recording in the room that will be able to prove that. Otherwise it is just their words against my word how can this be resolved?Best regards,[redacted]
