Wholesale ATV

Dealing with this company has been one of the most difficult internet purchases I've ever done. Complete BS and run around. I still don't have the product I ordered and for all I know, I never will. If by chance I do receive it, I'll update this review with the condition at the time of arrival. I tried to pick it up at the run-down location in a depressed part of Memphis, TN. I have opened a fraud case with my CC provider, so we'll see what happens there in time. If you're even considering doing business, please carefully read the terms of the transaction. I didn't try to purchase until they assured me that they had t in stock and a scheduled local pickup, because of the terms, thinking I was circumventing some of the problem areas presented by acknowledging the terms of the contract. What the hell was I thinking. After driving several hours in each direction, it wasn't there to be picked up as promised, with no idea when it might come in. I have been notified that they have it now and it's on the way, but no tracking details were provided, nor is there any ETA. I would have to say, giving my experience, I would never do business with them ever again.

Overall good customer service, I was in and out in minutes and I got exactly what I wantedI have owned my scooter for less than hours and the speedometer on my scooter does not work

They didnt get bothered when I called a bunch to ask more questions I forgot toWhen we went to pick the bikes up they were very respectful and awesome customer serviceI absolutely love their puply dog! :) cutest little thing ever! They have tons of cool atvs bikes and scooters im sure there is somthing you will find and fall in love with while thereThe mechanic whose name is Chris I believe was so cool and hilarious! Helped us load them properly and gave us all the information we needed before we took off! And even when we got home and couldnt start them Chris helped us figure out what could he wrong and even said if we couldnt get them started we could bring them back and he would figure it outThey made complete sure we have all the information we needed and helped us with the whole process from ordering to picking them up and helping us figure out how to get the things started lolThey are awesome bikes and you wouldnt even think they were scooters! They have a great business and know how to run it and know how to interact with customers and make sure they are 100% happy and habe knowledge about what you buy beforw you leabe the lot! And like I said they habe a business pet how much better could it get lol! Thank you guys again so much I definitely recommend you guys if anyone whats something along the lines of atvs bikes scooters you have everything from kids rides to hulk rides lolThank you guys again so much! :)

Purchased a new utv even though I never heard of odes utvs before & it's been over two years now & still has not skipped a beatI brought it in recently for new mud tires & a lift kit & I don't know how anyone could say anything bad to say about themThat's coming from someone who has owned *** *** etc & none of them have held up to the quality of these UTV's & the service you get, The Techs know more then any tech I have ever spoke to at any dealershipI HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM GIVE THEM A TRY YOU WON'T BE DISSAPOINTED!!!

I research for about months & everybody I talked to bad mouth everybody else except wholesale atvSo we decided to give them a chance bought 125cc atv they have behind their product 100%I will b back thank you guys
