Our previous response is our only response. We have already gone above and beyond to resolve the situation and the customer is still not satisfied. At this time there is nothing more we can do to help resolve the issue that they are supposedly having. Sincerely,Brian M***Wholesale Auto Connection ***

To Whom It May Concern,
This is in response to the complaint filed 2/2/2017. We received some calls and emails from a customer interested in a vehicle we have for sale that lives out of our area. We receive hundreds of calls and emails like this every day. Before
these folks could come purchase the vehicle another family came in and purchased the same vehicle. We do not "hold" vehicles for anyone and are very clear about that when speaking with people. In this business it does not makes sense for us to do as about 80% of calls and emails do not translate into purchases. Just the nature of the business. I understand it can be frustrating for the consumer to think that it is their vehicle but at the end of the day it is our vehicle until someone buys it. In this case it was someone else. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but it is the way we have to operate our business and the way almost every other car dealer in America operates. Best of luck
Sincerely,
Wholesale Auto Connection, LLC

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: the vehicle was fixed by there own personal mechanic and the problem was still not fixed they had stated they fixed these problems before they sold the vehicle, then needed to be fixed again and we were very thankful and appreciativeAfter two weeks at there repair shop we got the vehicle back and two days later the check engine light came back on and had more codes and numerous were for the exact same issueJust because you give your buyers a as is contract does NOT mean you are allowed to fraud peoplePeople buy vehicles by your word as a dealer and when you lie wheather or not an as is contract is signed you verbally and in your ad said this vehicle was in "excellent" condition. This vehicle is far from in excellent condition and you also rejected numerous things on a list that Chevrolet had said needed fixedWe did not threaten to sue for money all we want is for this vehicle to be bought back, we are not able to resale this vehicle or trade this vehicle or we will be 10,plus in debt because all of its issues we do not want money from your buisness we want you to take this vehicle back you stated it was in excellent perfect condition and the check engine light has been on almost the full months we've owned it and it's very uncomfortable knowing your vehicle is unsafe, and more so knowing you were frauded and are paying a good amount of money for a vehicle that's falling apartWe were very thankful and respectful but when you get frauded and are treated as we have been treated we had no other choice.Sincerely,*** & *** ***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:The vehicle has broke down in city limits and we're not the result of "off roading". I have drove the vehicle on county maintained roads only, not off road. I was told 2 weeks after I got the vehicle from a certified mechanic not to put the vehicle in 4wd or go over any bumps due to the extreme damage from rust. The 4wd light has never worked and for my own safety and others on the road, I have refrained from going off road. The brake lines snapped because of brittle rusty parts. Alleging that all the mechanical problems occurred due to me taking the jeep off road is ridiculous. I own another vehicle that I DO take off road, but wouldn't risk taking a vehicle which certified mechanics claimed it as being unsafe and a danger to the road. Sincerely,[redacted]

To Whom It May Concern,On July 21, 2015 [redacted] & [redacted] purchased a 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe.  They bought the vehicle and signed a Federal Buyers Guide stating that the vehicle was "As-Is" and without a warranty from the seller.  They did, however, purchase an extended...

service contract from ASC Warranty that covers the drive train of the vehicle.  A couple days after the purchase they stated there was a problem with the vehicle.  To help try to resolve their issue, we had the vehicle towed to a service facility at our expense.  We also had the services they requested done at our expense.  We then paid to have the vehicle trucked back to them.  This was done out of professional courtesy and we feel was a perfect solution to their problem.  The work that was performed is under warranty at the repair facility that is was worked on.  If there is a problem they can contact the repair facility and schedule an appointment.  They declined to do that and stated that they wanted us to purchase their vehicle back, which is not an option.  After threats of suing Wholesale Auto Connection were mentioned we let them know that we would not proceed to do business with them.  We feel that we have made every effort on our part to help resolve their issue and feel that this issue has been resolved as far as it is going to be.  We appreciate your time in this matter. Sincerely,Brian M[redacted]Wholesale Auto Connection[redacted]

We have resolved the issue with the customer.  We bought the vehicle back and got them in to a similar truck.  Thank you.  Sincerley,Cory C[redacted]General Managerwww.WholesaleAutoConnection.com[redacted]

department because it was driven over a rock and ripped the wires to the starter off.  I am confused why she is submitting a complaint about this as she has used our service department since she has purchased the vehicle.  She sent us an email asking if we would take the vehicle in on trade and we told her we would be happy to help and asked her to fill out an application so that we could assist her.  She never responded and this is the first we have heard about any issues.  I don't feel like this is a fair complaint in any way.  She purchased the vehicle a long time ago.  We don't just return vehicles when people don't want them anymore or if they need service.  If she needs help with something she can pick up the phone and call us and we would be glad to help.  Thanks.
