25, 2014, regarding Ms. [redacted] there is nothing left to be done for Ms. [redacted].
We are currently owed monies on both the carpet and the hard surface orders we contracted with her. Wholesale has complete all work that was contracted by her for Wholesale to perform. Wholesale has liened the homeowner and has no plans on ever entering her home again for the safety, as well as, liability issues.
Please close this file, and if she continues to contact you or other agencies in the future, Wholesale will begin to prepare a harassment lawsuit against Ms. [redacted].

In regards to Ms. [redacted], we currently have a lien on her home, and are out $5000.00
for services rendered. There is not a single thing Wholesale can do for Ms. [redacted]. Our
attorney's are moving ahead to foreclose on her home. She is a professional scam artist.
As a retailer, in a service business we are always at risk, but in 25 years I have
never had a customer we could not satisfy. Please close your files on this case because
there is simply nothing left to be done for Ms. [redacted].
We purchased carpet from Wholesale Carpet Designs on July 13, 2014 for the entire upstairs of our home. The salesman’s name was Larry. We have had problems from the start. Just after about one month we noticed that the installation team had completely covered one of the HVAC ducts in the master bedroom. Approximately six months later, snagged fibers started to appear throughout the house that had to be cut away with a pair of scissors. When we called Larry, he said our vacuum is to blame, which is unacceptable to me since we own a top of the line $1,000 Miele. Then last month, the carpet began to buckle in two rooms. When my wife called Larry, he said the buckling is a common problem with carpet, the result of too much humidity in the house. I did not accept this and insisted that they fix the problem. And I was correct, according to the repairman that stopped by a week later, the buckling is not the result of humidity conditions but rather that the carpet was not stretched tightly when installed. The purpose of this complaint is that the repairman fixed one room not two. On the day the carpet in the first room was properly restretched, my wife called Larry as the repairman was leaving our home to explain that only one room was repaired. Larry told her not to worry. He said a repairman would stop by again the next time they were in our area. Three weeks have now passed without hearing from Larry—or anyone else at Wholesale Carpet Designs. So my wife called Larry again. When he was not helpful, she handed the phone to me. Surprisingly, Larry was nasty, telling me that installation is no longer under warranty and that a repairman will only stop by for $185.00. Any assistance you can provide will be most appreciated. Wholesale Carpet Design has two locations: Libertyville and Vernon Hills (where Larry works). When Larry would not let me speak with the owner, I called Libertyville. My attempt to speak with someone other than a salesperson was not successful, even when I said I would write the Revdex.com.
