[redacted] came into my store and was told right up front we did not have the carpet we wanted. He still wanted us to measure. We have a new policy and it is $30.00. He still wanted us to measure. He got a receipt that specified all of this. He wanted it run a certain way. He claims he got all of... his rooms from us. I have not seen him, he is not what he claims to be. He got on my Facebook page on two accounts and I had to block him. It was only $30.00. He refused our service and had a lawyer call me. He changed it to another date (Monday, 6/15 to Thursday, 6/19). We went out that Thursday. He was called and changed the date two more times to Thursday the 30th. When we arrived we knocked on the front and back door, waited, left and note then left. He made threats about putting a bad name out if we did not refund his $30.00. I did hang up on him because he was cursing me out and did not let me explain anything to him. He told him if he does not purchase from us that we do keep his $30.00.
