On 04/10/19 I contacted buylittlecigars.com by phone and spoke with sales rep Jeff. I purchased 4 boxes of 50 each or 40 packs of 5 in each of *** cigars, which ever they had in stock, as per Jeff, for a total amount of $164.80, the sale was approved. Later that day I received a e-mail from Ms. Kelly Clark of customer service. It stated that my order of *** "natural" cigars was cancelled as they where out of stock of these cigars. NOTE: *** cigar company does not make any "natural" cigars. They are ALL flavored. So I checked their website and found the cigars I ordered available and IN stock! However the price per 50 had gone from $40.49 (the price I pd.) to $54.99! On 04/15/19 I contacted ,by phone, Miss Kelly Clark. She repeated that they are out of *** "natural" cigars. I explained to her that *** does not make "natural" cigars and that I ordered ***. Also, that those exact cigars I ordered are for sale on her web site and are available! She then placed me on hold and when back on the line stated that their supplier of *** cigars could no longer supply them to buylittlecigars.com and that my order is still cancelled. I then asked why are they still for sale on her web site AND available. Miss Clark's reply was that she would make sure that the *** cigars would be taken off the web site. This, even though available and for sale!!? Miss Clark then said that she would see to it that my credit card was credited the amount of my purchase and the phone call ended. It is very obvious that buylittlecigars.com cancelled my order due to their low posted price on the web site when I placed my order of $40.49 per 50. Then, after realizing their low posted price, cancelled my order to save a monetary loss and promptly raised the price to $54.99 per 50!! This action is very unethical and calculated.

I have researched into the order you placed with Jeff on 4/9/19. We have several different brands of cigars in our warehouse and sometimes our inventory may be off on occasion. We called you on 4/10/19 and stated that we could not get these in a box any longer and that we were out of stock. You informed us that you did not want these unless they were in a box and not in a pack. We informed you that we would give you a full refund on your order and apologized for any inconvenience and time wasted on the order.
You are correct in saying that the cigars you ordered were $40.49 per box, the boxes were discounted. We stated to you that we do not have the box any longer and that we could not receive them any longer. We could only get the packs of these cigars in stock. We did not change any pricing, there were two different pricing options for the box and the packs. As soon as we found out that we could not source the BOX of cigars we immediately removed them from our website. We did not cancel your order to save a monetary loss, we just did not have in stock what you wanted!
I apologize for any inconvenience this order has caused, however I can not sell the packs at the same price as the box because of a difference in cost! We offered you the packs when we spoke to you on the phone, however you said you only wanted the box. I hope this has helped resolve this matter, thank you for reaching out to the Revdex.com.

I wish the reply to my complaint was more based on what really transpired between the customer rep I spoke to and myself. I still stand by my original compliant 100%! Never was anything offered, nor was it explained the way the reply states. Boxed *** cigars are sold by literally ever online cigar shop. Remember that I checked and they where available the entire time. Never will I do business with Buy Little Cigars!
