I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:They have not explained in any way why it is impossible to correctI am again attaching proof that they incorrectly cut the stone and installed it anywayA professional company would have admit their mistake and not installed it in the first placeNow that they see proof they cut an extra inch off the stone and just pushed it to fit (removing the proper overhang) they can come and fix itIt is not impossibleAs for the floors, ask your workers how they cut the stoneAsk them what they brought to protect the floor after the cut was completeThey brought nothingThey did nothingThey simply let the stone drop to the floorAnd as I explained I did not notice prior to you leaving because there was paper covering the floorAny honest company would have acted in a completely different manner, first doing honest work and taking proper precautions, and second admitting when they make a mistake and correcting it AT THEIR COSTBe honestBe reasonableDo the right thing.Thank you,*** ***

I ordered Caesarstone countertops from a kitchen store in Long IslandThat store uses Wholesale DNC to measure and install the countertopsThe problems began when DNC sent someone to the apartment to measureRather than using proper equipment to get accurate measurements and provide a template, the guy worked manuallyThere was a language barrier so it was difficult to converse with himSure enough several mistakes were made in the measurements and therefore the counters were incorrectly cutThe installers caught a few of these mistakes and cut the stone on site in an effort to fixUnfortunately, they decided to cut the stone over my new hardwood floors without any protectionI didn't discover the damage until the following day as we had paper on the floor laid down by the contractors to keep it protectedWhen I removed the paper following the installation to clean up the quartz dust I discovered a dozen holes, gashes and dents where they were cuttingAdditionally, one of the

She claims that she had no contact with the customer, and only with Home Sweet Home Kitchen and BathThis is untrueDNC sent someone to my apartment to measureI paid that person a downpaymentHer company then cut and installed the stoneHer company was then paid in full by me.Home Sweet Home was not involved in the measuring, cutting of the stone, and installation, all of which were performed by DNC.It is also untrue that I had hours to inspectThe installation took longer than anticipated due to DNC mismeasurements, and a mistake during installation which they fixed on siteDuring the installation I spoke with Home Sweet Home, who informed me that DNC was unhappy with how long it was takingI did my best to inspect while they were here but felt very pressured to let them leaveRegardless, the fact that I did not discover the damaged floors or erroneously cut stone until after they had left is no excuse for their failure to adequately protect my floor, and to admit that they installed stone that did not fit my space.Kindest Regards,*** ***

Dear Business Bureau: we are totally understanding the customer's concerned , but we are not suppose to have responsible for what are customer said. per our previous statement we never did fix the quartz countertop at customer's apartment because it is impossible as we provide the reason already. also about the damaged of the floor, we really have no idea what was that coming from. the installation would not cost any damaged of the floor, before our installation team left, the customer also did the inspection of their apartment. so we should not having responsible about this complaint. thank you very much for your understanding!

comprehensive inspection,Check Complaint satisfied before paid.the complainant said in the apartment to fix the countertop,it's impossible to do the fix in an apartment, quartz is a very hard stone , needs to modify the big large machines,and have a lot of process to do the finished job.thank you.
