Dear [redacted] sorry to being late to response,I was trying to find out the problem.Complaints guest from (HOME SWEET HOME KITCHEN AND BATH INC ), they provide all the countertop information to us,we never have direct contact with complainant,after installing complete, complainant spent an hours comprehensive inspection,Check Complaint satisfied before paid.the complainant said in the apartment to fix the countertop,it's impossible to do the fix in an apartment, quartz is a very hard stone , needs to modify the big large machines,and have a lot of process to do the finished job.thank you

Dear Business Bureau: we are totally understanding the customer's concerned , but we are not suppose to have responsible for what are customer saidper our previous statement we never did fix the quartz countertop at customer's apartment because it is impossible as we provide the reason alreadyalso about the damaged of the floor, we really have no idea what was that coming fromthe installation would not cost any damaged of the floor, before our installation team left, the customer also did the inspection of their apartmentso we should not having responsible about this complaintthank you very much for your understanding!
