Review: PAID: Wholesale Dry Cleaning to clean my winter coat which was $150 and a church skirt which was $40,they said they "misplaced it" and they would call me within 2 weeks if they found it or they will just pay me for it. It has been more than 1 month and I still didn't get my clothes nor money. Then when I call they lie consistently and give me the most disrespect.Desired Settlement: I want my 150 dollars for my coat, 40 dollars for my skirt, 25 dollars for phone calls, and 15 dollars for the cleaning service I paid for that didn't happen.

Review: On August **, 2015 at 2:44pm, I dropped of my coat to the Wholesale Dry Cleaners Outlet. I was told the item would be ready for pick up on on August **, 2015. I returned August **, 2015 the item was not ready for pick up. I was told to return in September. I returned September *, 2015 to pick up my coat. The hood on the coat is damaged (I have photo evidence). I told the owner, Wally, this is not how I gave you my coat and it needs to be fixed. He agreed and told me to return September **, 2015. I returned on September **, 2015 and the coat was not fixed. I was told that he is going to replace the fur on the hood. He has a furrier that will fix the fur on the hood of my coat. I was told to return October **, 2015. I went back to the cleaners on October **, 2015 and the coat was not fixed. I was told that the furrier will be in on the evening of October [redacted] and to return on the [redacted] of October. I texted the owner, Wally, regarding the issue and never received a response. I returned on November *, 2015 to pick up my coat. I spoke with his employee Carlos about my coat. I was told to wait a few minutes because the owner was on his way to the cleaners. The owner walked in and ignored me. Then, once I addressed him, he told me to talk to him while he loads the car. He does not have time for me. He was rude and disrespectful. The owner told me he will not fix the hood he damaged because it costs $70 to fix a $3 hood. He continued to say that he was upset with me because he received a parking ticket today because of me. He proceeded to scream, stating that it is not worth fixing my coat because it will cost him money. He proceeded to tell me my coat is functional and that the damage does not matter. This owner is unprofessional and is refusing to fix a damage he made on my coat. I want this business investigated. His workers, Carlos and Tiffany told me there are many complaints regarding to same issues. He is not mentally stable to be in business. I want my coat fixed or I want the money I paid for my coat. I want $169 for the coat and $14 for the payment made to clean my coat.Desired Settlement: I want the $169 for my coat. I want the $14 I paid for my coat to be cleaned.
