The customer made a purchase on April *, *016, about a week later the customer came back to the store with opened merchandise and stated that she did not want them because it is costing her more money for financing these items [redacted] left all of her purchased items in the store and leftWe told her we will not be responsible for items left in the storePlease note that [redacted] was fully aware of the financing costsShe signed our sales receipt and all the necessary documents from the financing companyThat is why [redacted] was able to purchase the itemsThe store policy states there is NO CREDIT ISSUED ON ALL APPLICATIONS, however we offered to do exchangesWe tried contacting [redacted] , she is not returning our phone calls

In regards to Complaint # [redacted] 's concern is the amount of money she is paying to the finance company for the merchandise she bought on May **, The cost of the merchandise purchased was $Since [redacted] decided to finance the purchase thru the financing company it may cost her more She also had an option to pay it early with no extra cost or little cost depending on how fast [redacted] decides to pay it off completely [redacted] 's concerns should be addressed with the finance company and not the store itself The store is not the one taking the money out of [redacted] 's account [redacted] was made aware of all the options the finance company offered She was specifically told that she has 90-days to pay the lease offPlease see attached copies of her contract with the finance companyAs far as her broken laptop and chairs, we make exchanges within days of the purchase, We are not responsible for broken goods Sincerely,Wholesale Electronics and Furniture

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I attempted to returned the merchandise unopened on April ***, I was told the salesman named Parnel was not present and being that he made the sale, I needed to see him in order to return the merchandise; since he was the sole ownership of what was sold to me On April ***, I had returned to drop off the merchandise UNOPENED; same as when purchased The store camera should have the date, time and condition of when I returned the items purchased; which was a 32-inch television set, triple the consumer price, a small microwave for $80, and a small juicer for $for a total of $1, Therefore, with the help of the store camera, outside and inside, there was never a one week return of opened merchandise
