I purchased a section couch from this company in the saranac lake store from guy c. I purchased a 5 year fabric warrenty for 421.19. After repeated calls and being ignored he is failing to honor the warrenty and even lied about filing a claim. I contacted the claim company and asked them and was told a claim was never filed. This was after waiting 6 weeks when I was told it was filed. Guy offered a refund of the warrenty and when I told him I would come pick it up he told me he would not give me the refund. Guy admitted the couch we purchased from him was junk but will not honor the expensive fabric and lifetime mechanical warrenty.

This Sectional was in fact bought from Saranac Lake location which we decided was the best buisness decision based on mainly the failure to find reliable and consistant work effort from employees and thought it best to put all the efforts into where we started from here in Winthrop. There must of been some sort of confusion about the refund because we never said we wouldn't. Mrs. said she was going to come to Winthrop when we were tal*** on the phone for the refund that day in person, but as we explained to her there is a proper protocol for refunds and we do not issue a check refund at the store. The Vendor of the sectional is Klaussner which we have no control of the manufacturing of what was sold but did tell her that we ourselves as the owners owned Klaussner and we are no longer selling it and haven't for over a year now. We only carry what we will stand by and would furnish our own home with for quality! While we can't control products our vendors manufacture we do make sure that the customer doesn't live with the things that can go wrong every now and again with what they purchase. Klaussner has a lifetime mechanism warranty, that is only on them that is not our warranty in the store. This is why Mrs. bought the extra warranty protection we carry so that the things that may go wrong that the manufactures don't fix will be fixed or replaced in faith. Mrs. says that we told her we did not activate or register her 5 yr protection plan she bought and there is a slight mix up on that too.... when she came in and spoke to one of our associates she said she had used the services they provide already and submitted the claim herself one time before this. This couldn't of been done unless it was properly put registered.We had offered to her as well a replacement of her choice at straight out of the factory pricing which is for her benefit only.. since there wouldn't be anything made on our end and we are trying to solve an issue because we used to sell it and we value every customer and handle everything with incredible consideration and compassion. This isn't the review that she gave the store and her experience as we received and have the review she wrote praising the experience and what was bought, we would like to settle this as we offered a refund for her but would need to do the proper steps and paperwork and takes a little bit of time.

We were told that he would have to speak to an attorney before issuing any refunds. And after leaving his store a negative review, he called us back yelling and screaming saying as long as the review was up he wouldn't even refund me 50.00.I still have the original receipt and if I felt this company was honest I would not have gone through the Revdex.com.

I do not trust it was submitted. I have heard nothing about this, and in the previous lie I was told the company was safeware. After calling the company safeware told me that their was no claim submitted by wholesale furniture in my name or my girlfriends name. I am done with the run around I want a refund or the 5 year fabric protection purchased as an extra (secondary warrenty). Attatched is the receipt.

First I will not be told I lied. We could not find the contract under her name. We have to work within the contract. See below. ***,I called and left you a voicemail today regarding the denial of this claim however, I did speak with Wholesale Furniture afterwards and they are going to send me the invoice information over.I wanted to obtain the invoice information bc our policy does cover seam separation on the seat cushions, up to $50.00 per seat, so I did want to make you aware of that. Although we are unable to cover the multiple incidents of damage, I did want to at least offer you the seam benefit.I believe it would also be beneficial to reach out to Klaussner to advise them of the issues you are having since some of these damages are covered under their Limited Lifetime Warranty.Below, I have included a copy of our policy for your review:The Safeware terms and conditions state:PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY:If your Covered Product is furniture, this Plan applies to fabric, leather and vinyl upholstery, and wood and other hard surface furniture purchased as new, which at the time of purchase includes a manufacturer’s original written warranty valid in the United States. In order to be eligible for the manufacturer defect coverage portion of the Plan, either the manufacturer’s original written warranty or a combination of the manufacturer’s original 90 day or more warranty and the selling dealer’s warranty must provide at least 12 months parts and labor coverage.If your Covered Product is an adjustable bed, this Plan applies to Manufacturer’s Defects as described below.TERM:This Plan begins on the date the Covered Product was purchased or delivery date, whichever is the latest date, and will provide service to You for a total of 2-Years or 5-Years, as noted on Your sales receipt.COVERAGE:If Your Covered Product is furniture, the following conditions apply to You.If under the conditions listed below, the Covered Product becomes accidental stained or damaged during normal residential use, the Administrator may, at its discretion, either send You a stain removal kit and/or engage a professional technician to service the problem at no cost to You. If the covered stain cannot be resolved, the Administrator, at its discretion, will replace the affected portion or the complete item(s). Replacement items will be the same as or similar to the original item purchased, provided the price of the replacement meets the full liability under the Plan. If an entire item of furniture is replaced, the replacement furniture is not eligible for coverage under this Plan. However, replacement of a part of piece of furniture does not end Plan coverage. Any furniture originally covered by the Plan and not replaced will remain under coverage for the remaining term of the Plan. Any replaced furniture under this Plan becomes the property of the Administrator. This Plan does not cover pickup, maintenance inspections, crating or delivery freight charges.Replacement parts or furniture will be ordered from the retailer from which You originally purchased Your furniture. I’ve shopped the rest and I’m sticking with the best. Every time I visit this business the people there are friendly and courteous and do everything in their power to help me make the right decision for what me and my growing family not only want but need. To me it’s like they don’t care about how much they make off of a sale but how they can help their customers. I’ll only shop at this furniture store where they put service above everything else.

I bought a sectional and a mattress from this store. The customer service was outstanding and the price was the best in the area. I also furnished a whole storefront with sectionals and recliners a few years back and they were wonderful to work with! Hands down great people!

The best prices on mattress in town.

I ordered a king size sleigh bed on 12/4/2017 and on 1/25/2018 they charged my credit card 3,000dollars I have made multiple inquiries as to why I have not received the bed as they have already received full payment and every time they tell my that in will be here in a couple of weeks and I have not received it yet

Hello attached is the invoice from the store and the delivery time from ***. It can take 13 weeks or more to get the goods and we are in that tome frame and we have told him every time we talked to him. John wanted this bed and it is how long it takes to make and ship. We do need a down payment to order such things and put the down payment down. Everything is right on schedule and looks good on our end and John will get a call from us as soon as we get the bed to set up delivery.

In response to wholesale furniture and mattress. I ordered the bed in question on 12/4/2017 I was contacted later by a woman in the office saying the bed was ordered it was confirmed by her. I contacted the *** company and thy told me that they do not do business with companies in NY state.

As talked about in every conversation we’ve had stories never changed the bed does take a while to make as it is handmade weeks of delivery or stated on slip and on manufactures website Wholesale Furniture will be making delivery of this bed to John’s house within the next five days. I have attempted to contact *** on multiple times with no luck. I have done everything I said I would do the bed is right on time I am a man of my word that’s the only thing we have in life to be put out on a fire squad like this when you’re doing the right thing makes you realize that you’re glad the person you are when you are part of our company we work hard very hard to be put down like this over and over is uncalled for and it really makes you a little sour do the next guy there’s not a person out there that works harder at your job then we do people need to learn patience and compassion other people when everything is stayed right there we are in the right we did nothing wrong and you treat people like this is not the correct way it’s the wrong way. People have feelings when you put those to the side and your issues above you should look back and see what he ear causing and you’re giving we gave a good deal on this bed where it will cost more anywhere else and this is the respect I get none *** you will have your bed as promised on time I don’t really know what else to say to you. You have threatened to call a lawyer on me you used God before you were angry with me I’m just trying to sell furniture and I’m doing a *** good job at it so don’t make people feel that you’re above them that they are worthless when somebody goes hard and long out of their way to get you exactly what you needed you have your bed as stated within five days so keep calm keep cool take a breath relax man everything is right on time. In life treat people as you want to be treated that’s what I do you treat me good I treat you better you treat me bad I treat you worse most people should live that way.

my salesman that worked with me when I was there to purchase a living room set as well as a new mattress and adj base had outstanding product knowledge, and 4 months later I can say I am finally sleeping well in my Beauryrest Black bed and have furniture manufactured by Flexsteel that won't fall apart within the first year!

What a grand experience. Best products, knowledgeable staff, and super prices. Definitely going to buy there again.
