We have reviewed and resolved this complaint. The part had been shipped via UPS to Mr. [redacted] but was mishandled by UPS. It returned to our warehouse where we incorrectly categorized it as a “return” from the customer. Upon receiving the Revdex.com letter, we contacted Mr. [redacted] and...
offered to ship the part free of charge in the fastest method possible. He was satisfied with this resolution. We also discovered that Mr. [redacted] was calling us on a published number that no longer connected directly to our call center. We have also resolved this issue.
