Terrible customer serviceI initially placed my order on 6/It is now one month later and I still don't have my order and I have had to manage this order myself as the customer for themHad I known how long this would take and that their customer service was not proactive in getting this order to me, I would have ordered through Home Depot [redacted] When two of the four items were on backorder, they did not offer the option to ship the available itemsI called and had to get this done [redacted] When the two items on backorder did not ship when they said they were expected to come in, I received no callI called ACwholesalers and they told me they were sorry and would ensure they call me if another delay was going to occur [redacted] When I received notification (Monday morning) that the package left the warehouse (and the email asking me to review the products, which is crazy since they had not shipped them), I called ACWholesalers Tuesday afternoon after FedEx still did not show receipt of the package and the ACWholesalers rep told me that the package was on a truck to a FedEx shipping center [redacted] On Friday morning, the FedEx website still showed the package would be delivered on the next TuesdayI called FedEx and they told me they received a shipping request on Tuesday afternoon (when the label was generated) and they had not received a package [redacted] I called the ACWholesalers rep and he assured me the package was with FedExI told him what I learned from the FedEx rep and he put me on hold to find out more detailsWhen he came back on the line, he said the payment was declined (our credit card was stolen earlier that week, so we ordered a new one)I received no phone call or communication again that there was an issueMeanwhile, we had schedule a contractor times to come out and install these things based on information from ACWholesalers and we'll have to reschedule again [redacted] When I asked when the package would be shipped out, he indicated the payment processor there would have to rerun payment and it could be until Monday that the package would ship outWhen I asked to speak to the processor, he said she was not inWhen I asked to speak to the processors boss to ensure the payment was processed, FedEx would be given the package that day and I would receive by Monday, he said he was busyI told him I would hold and he said he was busy I have had to follow this order through the entire way with no assistance from ACWholesalersI would not recommend ordering through this vendor as not only did the order fall apart on several occassions and there was no proactive communication (I had to find out everything and trouble shoot solutions), but after the third screw up, they could not get me to someone who could process the payment and get the order shipped

I am trying to return an item within the timeframe that will afford me a refundI can not reach them by phone, after spending an hour or so on hold, I was disconnectedOver and over--same storyThey have my money and are not interested in refunding me regardless of their stated policyI will have to spend more of my time trying to manage this situation

Terrible experience with this company, They lie about their policy and stole 50% of my money when I returned an item$taken from me for returning a new item that was returned the next day in the original packaging and I paid for over night return for a faster refund, then they charged me for shipping and restockingWhen I talked to customer service they gave me a major run-a-round with bunk emailsVery frustrated and disappointed

My initial order of two Panasonic bathroom ventilation fans was successful despite the frustrating checkout process. Unfortunately one of the two fans delivered was defective and I immediately called customer service to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and I was told they would email it to me. Three weeks later, still no RMA. I then ordered and paid for a replacement fan while I waited for my RMA. Approx one week later I received an email stating my second fan order had shipped. Two weeks later, still no fan and no tracking number. Another call to customer service, and after 25 minutes of elevator music I was told the order had shipped. I said no it didn't otherwise I would have the merchandise and they would have been able to provide a tracking number. So I demanded they cancel my order and credit my Visa card immediately. CSA said they would do that, but it will take at least 5 business days for it to process. Just a horrible experience in general!

In August 2012, we purchased a ductless Mitsubishi, and had it professionally installed in November It worked great for yearsWhen it quit in January 2016, I contacted ACWholesalers per their warranty instructions They refused to acknowledge the purchase, saying they have no record of it I have emails, the purchase order, the bill, and the equipment I have evidence yet they have no record of it and therefore no warranty and one useless piece of junk Never again

I have been waiting since 3/9/for my warranty replacement parts on a pre-pay AXXXXXXXXXNo response to my emails but when placing orders these guys are right on itTheir customer service is terribleIt's been over a month for parts that are available on their site

So far I have been lied to times by the business First by the website listing the product in stock and subsequently every time I have sat on hold for 45+ min a representative has told me the order is in route from the warehouse or on its way to being shipped from the warehouse The time frame they tell me is always 1-business days The item is listed as in stock online and their shipping description on the website says freight items take 3-days "if you make sure the item is in stock" which I did and according to the site it is One rep told me that its the online departments fault for not updating listings Meanwhile I am paying interest on the $+ purchase meant to improve my family's quality of life

My initial purchase from ACWholesalers.com went smoothI had the unit professionally installed and faxed the appropriate information to them to validate my warrantyHowever, when I actually needed to USE my warranty it was a disasterMy initial contact with the Customer Service Rep was fine, he was polite and emailed me the Warranty Claim Form immediatelyAfter I sent it back...cricketsI called back days later and was told the Warranty Dept would call me by 4:p.mAfter not hearing anything for more days I called againI was informed by the Customer Service Rep that the Warranty Dept still hadn't reviewed my, but he would put in an expedited review requestThe next day I did get an email from a Warranty Rep stating they needed more info (don't know why it took almost a week to tell me that!)Over the next few days we exchanged emails a couple of times, but basically I got the run-around - and ultimately denial - of the warranty that I was promisedWarning to all (atleast on the Goodman units): there's not actually a warranty guarantee by ACWholesalersI got a screenshot from the rep of the Goodman website page showing the UNREGISTERED year warranty status that GOODMAN offers on all of their units, regardless of where you buy itThe REGISTERED year warranty is what's affected by the internet purchase, and what ACWholesalers should be covering (with the submission of the proper paperwork, which I did)However, it was to much disgust and disappointment that I learned they're not willing to uphold their end of the dealI, nor anyone I know (or can warn via reviews) will EVER buy anything from this place again!!

Prices are excellent but if you are scheduling a project, make sure you give them plenty of time for delivery. I was told 3-5 days delivery but it took 13 days. And I had talked to them on the phone and expressed how critical time was. I was told they had the equipment in stock and on the shelve.

I rarely give bad reviews because I know how hard it is to run a company and sometimes we all have off days. However, I wish I could give this one zero stars. I placed an order for exhaust fans on Friday January 16, paying an additional $481.74 for 2 day air shipping because according to the website the items were in stock and available to ship. I waited until Thursday January 22 before contacting the company, since I wasn't certain that 2 day air counted weekends or holidays (MLK). I was then told that my order would not be available until January 31 and would ship 2 day air when they received it. I asked the latest date that I could cancel the order so that I could verify if I could get the fans sooner. I was told I had until January 29 to cancel the order with a full refund. We found the fans somewhere else, purchased them and called back on Friday January 23 to cancel the order, at which time I had to leave a message because the customer service rep I was dealing with was out of the office. When I received a call back 2 hours later, I was then told that my order had already shipped and would be there in two days time and I could not cancel it. I was told that I could accept the shipment which should arrive no later then Monday and they would send UPS back to get it, immediately and I would get a 100% refund. The shipment still was not delivered until Tuesday evening, but I had already gotten an email (after requesting it) stating that I would get 100% refund and not have to pay any shipping. I accepted the shipment Tuesday evening and was told that a shipment ticket had been created and UPS would be back to pick up the shipment Wednesday. It is now Thursday and after contacting the company I received tracking numbers for the shipment that were created at 4:00 today. I am currently out over $1,600 from my account and have been fighting with this company for almost 2 weeks to get a refund. They have not been up front with me about anything and that has to be the worst quality in a business. Please do not use this company or its other companies under the names: hvacstores.com, goductless.com, and grunaire.com

This company is terrible! I ordered a mounting kit on 07/16/2015. Didn't receive shipment and called in 10 days later on 06/26/2015 was told that product was damaged and the replacement was shipping that day. called back 06/30 because I got confirm shipping label was printed, not shipped just printed! I asked what ETA was and the rep told me 2-3 days max. I told him I had people coming to install 07/03 he said no problem. I looked at the shipping progress on 07/2 and the arrival is not until 07/07. Called in and rep said sorry can't do anything. Horrible company F!
