I was never told the installer *** had a death in his familyI was given many excuses about how busy he was and never received a phone call from him nor the company just empty promises that he was going to callHe wasn't even the guy we were told from *** who was to do the installThey shipped our install to the Tulsa location within an hour of ordering
Nothing was explained to me about a restocking fee until I cancelled and *** from Tulsa said I could speak with *** the installer right away and get my pool installation sceduledit had nothing to do with not wanting to understandThe receipt said if it was repossed their was a feeHow could it be repossed if it wasn't in my possession
It wasn't a computer glitch it was *** mistakeThey actually sent two checks and cancelled the wrong one after telling me they were canceling the one that was the overpayment*** did not want to drive to Stillwater but wanted me to meet her at a truck stop on the interstate - no way! I have returned every phone callWe went on vacation for a week and I told her when I got back we could meet in my townRude Not hardlyI am more than happy to refund their mistakeThis mess was not my fault and until they messed up the refund they weren't willing to make it rightBuyers beware!!

It is with disturbing news that Ms*** *** has refused to give the over paid amount of $to Wholesale Hot Tubs as of @ 4:pm unless we remove our reply to Revdex.com on complaint #XXXXXXXXWe have attempted to resolve this matter to the best of our ability with no good response from Ms***I personally have gone above and beyond (driving g to her town miles away) to try and get our money backOur hands are tied now
