First some back story: I purchased a vehicle from them less than 90 days ago, it had 39k miles. I found it on their website and called ahead to say that I would be stopping by to look at it. They told me it may be a little while as it was currently coming straight from the aution floor and had to be cleaned. The salesman (forget his name) was professional, curtious and willing to negotiate. Drove off the lot and took it home. A couple weeks go by until I got the tags, along with a letter in the mail. In the envelope was a check and a letter stating that they were refunding me the price of the tags because the county registration did not match my address(I am from Montgomery co). Then, a couple months go by and the vehicle starts overheating. I suspected that because I bought it right off the auction floor they might have skipped a service and inspection before I signed the contract. Anyways, I contatced the Chrysler dealer and they were unwilling to cover it under the bumper to bumper warranty that ended at 36k miles (this is at 43k... kinda bogus Chysler). This was going to cost $900 out of pocket to repair at the Chrysler dealership. I contact the wholesale Inc. manager, informed him of my situation and he told me to bring it in to have a look. I arrived about 30mins before service center closing. They had no hesitation in calling a rental right way to pick me up, at no charge. The very next day in the afternoon they call me to tell me it had already been fixed to the Chrysler recommendation, all FREE even the rental! .(I did not purchase The extended warranty) They even gave me a free oil change because I had to have one right away after purchase. They did in fact replace all The parts necessary and could tell from the new sheen on the radiator and thermostat. The fact that they were so willing to help me correct this issue because it possibly missed an inspection tells me that they care about their reputation and their customers satisfaction. The next vehicle I buy will most likely come from them. I have also already spread the word to all of my friends and co-workers as well. Thank you, Wholesale Inc. for being a respectable and honest auto dealer, you don't find those everyday! I would recommend these guys to anyone!
