Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted by Ed P [redacted] from WIS on or around September in reference to a unit I own I along with an associate both spoke to Ed P [redacted] on this call and another Ed P [redacted] guaranteed a 30% increase in my bookings He repeated this several times Perhaps Ed P [redacted] missed his training and was unaware of ethical business practices WIS can flatly deny the truth if they choose, however, this does not change the facts At any time, if you would like to speak to my associate, please let me know as she will corroborate these facts Once again, you cannot deny the truth, many comments left all over the internet about WIS clearly speaks of this company lies, and same “scam” they ran on me It is a shame I did not look up this company before I engaged with them So now we understand that from the attorney the 30% statistic is true, Ed P [redacted] appears to have taken it a step farther in guarantying a 30% increase in bookings Either this is business practice and WIS operates this way purposely, or this company does not believe in customer satisfaction as the attorney states Misrepresentation then deny it The reports sent by Ed P [redacted] clearly are fabricated in one way or anotherThey can prove the validity of their reports by providing an unaltered [redacted] Ad Words click report, not their own doctored report As stated previously, I did not receive any phone calls, bookings, 30% increase in traffic of bookings, AND the reports that WIS sent have conflicting information on specific days My ad appeared only time in the #spot on [redacted] Never again was it in the top or As stated previously, I was never told there would be a day optimization period, this only came to light after I made my complaint WIS is inconsistent with what they represent they can and will do, have done and wants to do.I will not do business with a company that has an extremely bad online reputation, a reputation for falsifying reports and lying I also will not do business with a company that has lied to me and an associate, falsified documents and then lied about it There is no room for a relationship Amicable resolution will only be achieved with a full refund Sincerely, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:Our firm has the pleasure of representing Wholesale Internet Solutions, LLC (“WIS”) This letter is in response to the October 27, letter regarding the Revdex.com Complaint, # [redacted] (“Complaint”), made by Mr [redacted] of [redacted] (“***”) This letter will address Mr [redacted] ’ claims with the hopes of achieving an amicable resolution. On or around September 12, 2014, WIS contacted Mr [redacted] ’ and offered to provide internet marketing services for ***Mr [redacted] accepted the offer from WIS and decided to have WIS market his business In exchange for these services, Mr [redacted] agreed to pay WIS a stafee of $and recurring monthly payments of $On October 03, 2014, statistical information was generated for Mr [redacted] to provide insight on his new account showing an increase in placement, clicks, and impressionsNevertheless, statistical information on the number of clicks and the effectiveness of WIS’s services is more reliable the longer [redacted] holds an account with WISWIS provides month-to-month service so that its customers can assess the value of the advertising and determine if they want to continueOn November 14, 2014, Mr [redacted] requested his account with WIS be terminated. The Complaint alleges that WIS breached the terms of its internet marketing agreement with Mr [redacted] Specifically, Mr [redacted] believes WIS failed to deliver results that were promised during WIS’s sales pitch for search engine optimizationMr [redacted] claims that WIS did not provide him with the services he was promised because he was not “at the top of page one.” At the time the advertisement service was purchased, however, WIS did not and does not make any promises or guarantees about results WIS’s services, like all search engine optimization services (“SEO”), take time and results often depend on variables outside of WIS’s controlFor example, search engines change their algorithms, impacting an ad’s placement, possible resulting in a loss of clicksAs you can see, WIS cannot and did not guarantee Mr [redacted] to be fully implemented and operational within the first monthWIS believes that Mr [redacted] would have seen more results like he had expected over time and that Mr [redacted] was provided reporting indicated an increase in traffickingThe $charge is meant to be a monthly budget to push the advertising campaign The way the advertising words work is that it takes time to rise to a premium position As such, WIS cannot and did not guarantee Mr [redacted] continued referrals or to be at the top of the search engine at all times.Further, the Complaint alleges that Mr [redacted] never received a status update from WIS when asked This allegation has no merit as WIS Customer Service department responded the same day to Mr [redacted] request to change the tagline on his advertisement on October 8, Mr [redacted] continues to allege that WIS did not respond to his request regarding the traffic report of his siteHowever, WIS informed Mr [redacted] upon signing up when he needed a report regarding his advertisement traffic report, he would need to send a written request and a report would be provided to him within 24-hours A traffic report was in fact provided to Mr [redacted] Every email Mr [redacted] sent to WIS was responded and replied toOn November 14, 2014, Mr [redacted] sent WIS another email, in which WIS responded to the same dayIn this email, WIS’s response acknowledged Mr [redacted] desire to cancel his services and informed him that his ad would remain up until the end of the billing cycleBecause Mr [redacted] ad was up and running, as well as accruing traffic, through each month that Mr [redacted] was billed, no refund is due to him.WIS flatly rejects the contention that Mr [redacted] is owed any return from WISAs explicitly, explained to Mr [redacted] , once the request was received to cancel the account the ad would remain until the end of the current billing cycleWIS is not in the practice of overcharging their customers and WIS did not incorrectly charge or overcharge Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] was charged for the services provided until they’d been concluded, as per his cancellation notice While it is unfortunate that Mr [redacted] was unaware that if he failed to cancel within three days he would be charged for one month’s service, a cancellation period, and a subsequent fee, is standard business practice for SEO’s and was part of the agreement between Mr [redacted] and WISIt follows that there was not any breach of the agreement between WIS and Mr [redacted] , and that Mr [redacted] is not entitled to recover any portion of the $paid for each month of WIS’s servicesWIS received two chargebacks due to Mr [redacted] disputing the billing with his bank, which is why he was sent to collections.WIS strives to provide great customer service to their merchants and would like to see a mutually beneficial resolution to this situationShould you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to email [redacted] For the firm,/s/ [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: WIS indicated they would send report as soon as campaign was up and live I had to ask for this information, it was not sent voluntarily as said.Ed P [redacted] explained once ad went live, I would immediately see increased booking by 30% I did not have to wait for optimization There was not mention of optimization for days, one month or any waiting time My associate was witness to this call and representationsOnce my complaint was submitted, WIS says there is a waiting period and that I would see results over time This is misrepresentation, intentional If this is something that takes time, why did my ad campaign only appear time at number one, that was the day he sent a screenshot of the ad in the number one spot immediately after the campaign began I checked multiple times a day, every day, until cancellation and it was never in the top You cannot have it both ways. The reports sent by WIS are conflicted The numbers they report are different for same time period How can this be?But more importantly, and proof of fraud is the fact that the screen shot of the [redacted] Ad Words report cuts off the “clicks” column The WIS crafted report claims clicks on my adThe other report gives a different number The fact they cut off the click portion of the [redacted] Ad Words report, I believe proves that WIS generates and fraudulent click reports Reading other reviews, on [redacted] , Revdex.com and Rip Off report, consumer complaints, and many, many others, I am not the only one with this belief. This company intentionally misleads people I will not work with a company that lacks ethics, morals, and integrity This company is not committed to customer satisfaction as they say They can’t be, they can’t even be honest Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,*** *** This is an automated responce from a scamming companyIf they were a responsible and reallly qualified company, they would guarantee the work of give money back , especially since the order was cancelled within days.I want them to pay meI will post on facebook

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
The only "proof" that WIS provided the agreed upon service is WIS' "word"This is equivalent to a bank robber denying he robbed the bank
WE are not the only ones complaining of WIS' failure to provide the serviceOne of us has searched the Internet and found dozens of people making the exact same complaintTherefore the statement that it is our fault for not finding the ads is very misleadingNot only could we not find our ads, dozens if not scores of other people have EXACTLY the same complaint indicating a pattern of behaviour
It seems that WIS' agent replying to the complaint has conveniently overlooked that fact
WIS and its agent appears to be continuing to white wash this
Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:WIS’s representatives mentioned in their response, “WIS is confident that if Mr*** would allow WIS more time to optimize *** *** ***’s search terms there would be a marked increase in traffic to *** *** ***’s website.” The facts of the matter are these; I tried working with WIS’s general sales manager, Bryce B***, to help WIS optimize my account’s search terms; he seemedeager to help and verbalized to me that my account would be placed on hold until we were able to optimize the search terms to the terms of my choosing; I made several calls to WIS during the month of August to update my accountwith the search terms I came up with, but was never able to speak with anyone MrB*** stopped answering my calls to his office and his cell phone, and never returned any of my voice messages. (I can provide records of the calls I made to him from my phone carrier if and when needed.) For these reasons, I feel I was fooled by this company into paying them forsomething I never received. The last thing I heard about my account from WIS was that it was frozen until we workout the kinks with the search terms. Being that my account was in a state of hold/freeze, how can WIS contend that the cancellation date and renewal dates stay the same? You expect your clients to pay for periods of inactivity due to your employees? I did not pay this company $in August to: not get what was promised to me that I paid for have my account exist in a state of hold not get a response from the leader of the team that is responsible for my account activity. And I certainly do not feel I should be penalized for waiting until Sept24, to formally cancel things on my end: I was hoping that your company would follow through with your end of our agreement. Instead of continuing to reach your representative, I should have immediatelycancelled when the problem first started. I thought I would more than clear the cancellation time period requirement since the last I heard from MrB*** my account was suspended until I gave him our custom search terms. Since he never gave me another minute of his time, how did my account still run? I feel cheated tremendously by this company for how they have handled my account from the beginning. I am not interested in doing business with WIS. I have since started doing business with a SEO company that is legitimate, client centric and available when I call. They had no problem delivering the same promises WIS claimed to be capable of, in a shorter amount of time and without an iota of the stress and grief WIS has caused I made it perfectly clear to WIS with my cancellation notice that the cancellation should take effect immediately. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:The legal representative of WIS wants to say the "facts" of this case are the procedures and policies that Wholesale Internet Solutions tries to teach their employees; that [redacted]'s [redacted] did not give WIS long enough time to "work;" they even tried suggesting with their initial correspondences that we were unaware of what SEO services are.  The facts of this case are that the general sales manager promised things that he did not deliver, he froze our account and then refused to talk to me.  It wasn't until my request to cancel that we started communicating with WIS's customer service manager, and he still seemed to ignore my problem with WIS when he told me he would get back with me after reviewing the starting and stopping of my account.  I had to reach out to him again after a period of not hearing from him!  And I am not alone with my experience with WIS: (from google review website [redacted])

In the middle of August of this year, I was given the contact of a friends associate (DeAndre) who worked at an SEO company, Wholesale Internet Solutions.  I was looking for a company who could maximize my locksmith business’ online presence through search engine optimization.  The very first evening I spoke with DeAndre, he transferred me to the General Sales Manager Bryce B[redacted], who I would from here on out work with.  Mr. B[redacted] gave me price quotes of the two services their company offered, a mobile and desktop ad campaign for $800 and a strictly mobile campaign for $400.  After thinking it over, I decided to go with the cheaper of the two plans he mentioned which would run a mobile ad campaign for a month for $400, with an initial set-up fee of $99.99 for the work their meta tag department does.   Before agreeing to this, Mr. B[redacted] guaranteed me that I would immediately see an influx in calls generated from the search ads his company would custom create for my company.  I was told that the set-up fee was for the creation of the 10 most optimized meta tags for my company and the services we offer.  Bryce wanted me to go with a 100 mile radius for the advertising coverage area, but I wanted to scale it back to 20 miles.  I was excited and gearing up for my promised influx in customer calls when I decided to give their services a try and entered into an agreement with Wholesale Internet Solutions on August 24, 2015.
The campaign ran for three days, which resulted in only four clicks on the customized ads, three of which were my own, and the fourth being a Chinese lady asking if we unlocked cell phones.    Once I received the ill-advised call from the Chinese lady, I called Mr. B[redacted] on the 28th of August (from 7:33pm-8:10pm within three phone calls) to figure out why I was not getting the call volume he said I was guaranteed to receive.  He said to figure out my own 10 key meta tags and he was going to place my account on freeze while we worked through this for my locksmith company to better reach my potential clients.  I also told him about the three clicks I made to the ads.  He told me not to click the ads again in the future, because clicks deplete my account $20 each time.  He told me that he would refund all four of the clicks, a total of $80 to my account, along with freezing it.   He told me that he would give me a call back Monday afternoon at 2:00pm (my time) to discuss which key word meta tags my wife and I come up with.   I was waiting for his call when it looked like he wasn’t going to contact me, so I called him at 2:05pm.  We spoke briefly for about 7 minutes.  We just briefly touched base on a few things.  I told him that setting up SEO was not what we do, and that is what we thought we hired them to do for us.  Instead we are getting calls to unlock cell phones.  He said that he would get with his team to see what they could come up with for a second time and get back with me in 2 hours.  He never called me back.
On September 10, my wife asked me the status of our online SEO key word meta tags.  I told her Mr. B[redacted] never returned my call, so at 5:54 pm (EST), I called Mr. B[redacted], stating to him, “Hi Bryce.  That’s the longest two hours I’ve ever seen.  What’s going on?” We spoke a total of 3 minutes over two calls where he told me they have come up with 10 other keywords.  He said he would email them to me to look over. He told me that he could offer us a 2 week trial of the full $800 page ad for the mobile and desktop instead of 4 weeks. I told him my wife and I were on a little birthday retreat and he said to think things over after looking at the new keywords and he would give me a call back on Monday, September 14, to discuss what I wanted to do.  He never called me back, and that was the last time I ever spoke to him.  I finally tried contacting him again on September 18 at 4:00pm, but he did not answer my call and never returned my 2 minute message.
After wasting nearly a month trying to get my account up and working like he promised it would, I finally decided to formally cancel my account with Wholesale Internet Solutions.  I sent an email to them on September 24, at 7:20am, requesting they cancel my account which I assumed was still frozen since I was never able to finalize anything with Wholesale Internet Solutions General Sales Manager, Mr. B[redacted].  I knew I had to cancel my account 3 days prior to the recurring date.  I was sure that date had changed with my account being frozen, and I did not want to miss the mark to cancel.  Later that morning,, at 9:54am, I tried giving Mr. B[redacted] one last phone call to still figure out what was going on with the services that I had paid for, but he did not answer.  So, I left him a brief one minute message to please return my call.  I was contacted by a gentleman named Garon, the Customer Service Department Manager, the same day at 8:45pm, who said he was going to investigate my account because he was “confused on some of the dynamics in [my] account on starting and stopping, and will be looking into that further tomorrow so…we can discuss and determine what we need to do to make good…”  Even though I was horribly let down by one of this company’s members of management, I was still hopeful that I might get some restitution for what I felt at this point to be a breach in contract on their part of our contract by not providing me with a month of services that I paid $499.99 for, $499.99 for nothing a frozen account.  I waited all the following day for his call, but never heard from him either.  On October 2, at 8:35am, I sent another email to Mr. Garon to inform him that I was not interested in continuing any service with Wholesale Internet Solutions, and that I felt I deserved a full refund for my frozen account.
On October 8, my wife called our credit card company to stop any automatic debits this company may try on our account.  She learned while talking to the credit company’s representative that we were charged an additional $400 on September 24.  At this point we are our $899.99 on an account that we still believed to be frozen since we never finalized anything with WIS’s general sales manager, Bryce B[redacted].  And we were both shocked to see that our monthly recurring date stayed the same, on the 24th, when our account was placed in a frozen state.  Why would we pay for another’s month service when our first month’s is still frozen?  That same day at 4:21pm, I emailed Wholesale Internet Solutions another time stating they were not authorized to charge my credit card any further amount; I wanted them to delete my credit card information from their system; I wanted my account officially canceled as per my original request on September 24.
I am desperately seeking restitution for what I feel was a total scam on Wholesale Internet Solution’s part.   I want a full refund of the $899.99 this company took from me.  Sincerely,[redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:Our firm has the pleasure of representing Wholesale Internet Solutions, LLC (“WIS”).  This letter is in response to a November 21, 2015 letter regarding the Revdex.com Complaint, #[redacted] (“Complaint”), made by [redacted] (“Mr. [redacted]”) of [redacted]...

(“Company”).  This letter will address Mr. [redacted]’s claims with the hopes of achieving an amicable resolution. On or around August 28, 2015, WIS contacted Mr. [redacted] and offered to provide internet marketing services for his Company. Mr. [redacted] accepted the offer from WIS and decided to have WIS market his business.  In exchange for these services, Mr. [redacted] agreed to pay WIS a start-up fee of $99.99 and $200.00 for the initial month and $200 for every month after unless otherwise terminated (“Agreement”). WIS provides month-to-month service so that its customers can assess the value of the advertising and determine if they want to continue with it.  Customers such as Mr. [redacted] are not locked into contracts, and they may cancel at any time, for any reason. On or about August 31, 2015, Mr. [redacted] wanted specific instructions on how to access the advertisements WIS was assisting in providing Mr. [redacted]’s Company. WIS explained the instructions and apparently Mr. [redacted] did not see the results he wanted. On September 10, 2015, WIS sent Mr. [redacted] a “traffic report” of the traffic that his been coming through the advertisements to the Company’s website. Subsequently, on September 15, 2015, Mr. [redacted] requested his account with WIS be terminated solely based on internet reviews of WIS, as alleged on the Complaint. The Complaint alleges that WIS “… took our money but did not provide the contracted service(s).” This allegation seems to be rooted in the fact of Mr. [redacted]’s fundamental misunderstanding of internet search engine optimization services (“SEO”). WIS provides a service that, over time, leads to increased traffic on a client’s website which can lead to increased business. WIS is confident that if Mr. [redacted] would allow WIS more time to optimize his Company’s search terms, there would be a marked increase in traffic to his Company’s website. WIS’s services, like all SEO’s, take time and results often depend on variables outside of WIS’s control. Accordingly, it was not atypical that in the initial month of service, the search terms for Mr. [redacted]’s Company campaign had not been sufficiently optimized to trigger enough results for Mr. [redacted] to notice any change in his business volume. However, WIS firmly believes that Mr. [redacted] would have seen tangible results over time. Furthermore, Mr. [redacted] agreed to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. WIS records show that Mr. [redacted] had one correspondence with WIS’s customer service before deciding to cancel the Agreement. This means that WIS continued providing Mr. [redacted] with its services, working under the assumption that Mr. [redacted] was enjoying the benefit of WIS’s service for the initial month period, without any complaint. Yet, Mr. [redacted] now demands a full refund for WIS’s services. This is fundamentally unjust. As explained above, results take time – certainly more than two weeks. Further, WIS opened an account for Mr. [redacted], provided Mr. [redacted] with a traffic report of the status of his account, and optimized the Company’s search terms to increase traffic to his Company’s website. It is unfair to now claim a full refund based solely on internet reviews on WIS or seemingly no results for provided services.Nonetheless, WIS is committed to customer service and satisfaction.  With this in mind, WIS is willing to extend Mr. [redacted]’s service until December free of charge. This will allow WIS to show over a significant amount of time, the results Mr. [redacted] can experience with WIS’s services. WIS would like to offer this position if and when Mr. [redacted] re-opens his account with WIS. As a valued customer, WIS would like to work with Mr. [redacted] and explore the possibilities of helping him reach his desired marketing result and to work with him so that his Google campaigns are tailored to his needs. Nevertheless, in the event that Mr. [redacted] does not re-open his account with WIS, the fees charged for the services provided are non-refundable.WIS strives to provide great customer service to their merchants and would like to see a mutually beneficial resolution to this situation. Should you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to email [redacted].   For the firm,/s/[redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:As you are aware, our firm has the pleasure of representing Wholesale Internet Solutions, LLC (“WIS”). This letter is in response to the October 22, 2015 (3rd) complaint made to the Revdex.com, Complaint #[redacted] (“Complaint”), made by [redacted] of [redacted] (“[redacted]”). This letter will readdress Mr. [redacted]’s claims with the hopes of achieving an amicable resolution. To reiterate the facts, on or around August 24, 2015, WIS contacted Mr. [redacted] and offered to provide internet marketing services for [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] accepted the offer from WIS and decided to have WIS market his business. In exchange for these services, Mr. [redacted] agreed to pay WIS a start-up fee of $99.99 and recurring monthly payments of $400.00. On September 24, 2015 Mr. [redacted] spoke with WIS customer service about his account. It was determined that WIS would work with Mr. [redacted] to optimize his search terms to cause greater traffic to his business website. Subsequently, Mr. [redacted] decided to cancel his service with WIS before WIS’s services were fully operational and effective. As a result of Mr. [redacted]’s decision to terminate, WIS offered to refund the second charge of $400 for services offered from September through October despite Mr. [redacted]’s contractual obligations. Along with that, WIS also offered services from September to November free of charge to allow Mr. [redacted] another opportunity to see the effectiveness of WIS’s services. However, Mr. [redacted] rejected both offers. The Complaint alleges that WIS breached the terms of its internet marketing agreement with Mr. [redacted]. Specifically, Mr. [redacted] believes WIS failed to deliver results that were promised during WIS’s sales pitch for search engine optimization. Mr. [redacted] claims that WIS did not provide him with the services he was promised because he was not at the top of page one. At the time the advertisement service was purchased, however, WIS did not and does not make any promises or guarantees about results. WIS’s services, like all search engine optimization services (“SEO”), take time and results often depend on variables outside of WIS’s control. For example, search engines change their algorithms, impacting an ad’s placement, possible resulting in a loss of clicks. As you can see, WIS cannot and did not guarantee Mr. [redacted] to be fully implemented and operational within the first month. WIS believes that Mr. [redacted] would have seen more results like he had expected over time and that Mr. [redacted] was provided reporting indicated an increase in trafficking. The $400.00 monthly charge is meant to be a monthly budget to push the advertising campaign. The way the advertising words work is that it takes time to rise to apremium position. As such, WIS cannot and did not guarantee Mr. [redacted] continued referrals or to be at the top of the search engine at all times. Accordingly, it was not atypical that in the initial month of service, the search terms for the campaign are not been sufficiently optimized to trigger enough results for Mr. [redacted] to notice any change in his business volume. However, WIS firmly believes that Mr. [redacted] would have seen tangible results over time.WIS grounds itself on honest business practices and trains its representatives to not overpromise on its services. Thus, WIS avoids the pitfalls of intentional and innocent misrepresentation. On the other hand, WIS does offer its prospective customers statistical information regarding past customers’ success. Also, an estimate is offered to provide a prospective customer with an idea of what WIS’s services could do for the customer’s business. Here, WIS did just that. WIS provided an estimate – not a guaranty – of the effectiveness of WIS’s services. If Mr. [redacted] perceived this notion mistakenly, it is unfortunate; nevertheless, WIS should not be penalized for making a good faith sales effort to potential customers.Further, the Complaint alleges that Mr. [redacted] never received status updates or customer service from WIS. This allegation has no merit as WIS Customer Service department responded to Mr. [redacted] on numerous occasions. WIS keeps records of emails and phone calls between its clients in order to deliver great customer service. WIS recognizes there was some miscommunication between themselves and Mr. [redacted], however; WIS made genuine efforts to remedy the situation. WIS attempted to mend his concerns and frustrations by offering refunds and free services. Mr. [redacted] denied any resolution. As a modest business enterprise, WIS diligently strives to provide a quality service to its customers. As in every business, there are always those who will be unsatisfied with the business’s practices, product/service, or customer interaction, albeit all legal and professional. WIS provides in its contract all the material terms that obligates each party to perform. Every customer has the duty to read those terms, and if he does not, the knowledge of those terms are imputed on him regardless. WIS did not breach the contract and provided services rendered to Mr. [redacted]. Therefore, pursuant to the terms of the contract, WIS is entitled to the payment of the first month of service.WIS strives to provide great customer service to their merchants and would like to see a mutually beneficial resolution to this situation. Should you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to email [redacted]For the firm,/s/[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:The lawyer working on behalf of the company just provided far more information than the company ever did about its processes concerning SEO and the 'time it takes.'  I am familiar with SEO but this is NOT how the service was marketed.
The sales person who called stated this was a google ad which would appear at the top of the first results page.  She said it would be a fixed ad that would be shown to the predetermined demographic pool.  She stated once the ad was up and running, I would immediately start receiving leads.  She never mentioned that it would take time, or that this was SEO-driven.
This company is preying on new businesses who haven't learned yet that there are these unethical companies around every corner.  They are using high-pressure, omissive, misleading sales tactics and then trapping us into contracts to receive extremely disappointing service and no results.
I request a full refund.  The managing partner at my brokerage is an attorney and I will be reaching out to him if this is not resolved.
Sincerely,[redacted]

By agreeing to these terms, Ms. [redacted] also agreed not to disparage or defame WIS in any respect or to make any derogatory comments, whether written (on public forums, Attorney General, Revdex.com, blogs, social networks, etc.), regarding WIS. WIS grounds itself on honest business practices and trains its representatives to not overpromise on its services. This includes provided accurate and original reports and accounting. If Ms. [redacted] perceived this notion mistakenly, it is unfortunate; nevertheless, WIS should not be penalized for making a good faith sales effort to potential customers. Every customer has the duty to read those terms, and if she does not, the knowledge of those terms are imputed on her regardless. WIS did not breach the contract and provided services rendered to Ms. [redacted]. Therefore, pursuant to the terms of the contract, WIS is entitled to the payment for services provided. It follows that there was not any breach of the agreement between WIS and Ms. [redacted], and that Ms. [redacted] is not entitled to recover any portion of the amount paid for WIS’s services. WIS strives to provide great customer service to their merchants and would like to see a mutually beneficial resolution to this situation. To Whom It May Concern:Our firm has the pleasure of representing Wholesale Internet Solutions, LLC (“WIS”).  This letter is in response to the October 27, 2015 letter regarding the Revdex.com Complaint, #[redacted] (“Complaint”), made by [redacted] of [redacted]...

(“[redacted]”). This letter will address Ms. [redacted]’s claims with the hopes of achieving an amicable resolution. On or around July 13, 2015, WIS contacted Ms. [redacted] and offered to provide Internet marketing services for [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] accepted the offer from WIS and decided to have WIS market her Real Estate Company.  In exchange for these services, Ms. [redacted] agreed to pay WIS a start-up fee of $99.99 and recurring monthly payments of $300.00. Recently, statistical information was generated for Ms. [redacted] providing insight on her new account with WIS. This information revealed Ms. [redacted]’s website was receiving relatively well and steady traffic from Google search users (“campaign”). WIS provides short-term contract services so that its customers can assess the value of the advertising and determine if they want to continue. On July 28, 2015, Ms. [redacted] requested her account with WIS be terminated, just 15 days after her account began.  Upon signing up with WIS, Ms. [redacted] signed a 3 month service contract. The Complaint alleges that WIS breached the terms of its internet marketing agreement with Ms. [redacted].  Specifically, Ms. [redacted] believes WIS failed to deliver results that were promised during WIS’s sales pitch for search engine optimization. At the time the advertisement service was purchased, however, WIS did not make any promises or guarantees about results.  Ms. [redacted] alleges she never received a single lead as a result of the internet ad. This allegation seems to be rooted in a fundamental misunderstanding of internet search engine optimization services (“SEO”). WIS provides a service that – over time – leads to increased traffic on a client’s website which can lead to increased business. For example, search engines change their algorithms, impacting an ad’s placement, possible resulting in a loss of clicks. As you can see, WIS cannot and did not guarantee Ms. [redacted]’s ad be fully implemented and operational within fifteen days. The $300.00 charge is meant to be a monthly budget to push the advertising campaign.  The way the advertising words work is that it takes time to rise to a premium position.  As such, WIS cannot and did not guarantee Ms. [redacted] continued referrals or to be at the top of the search engine at all times.WIS is confident that if Ms. [redacted] would allow WIS more time to optimize the [redacted]’s search terms there would be a marked increase in traffic to Ms. [redacted]’s website. Accordingly, it was not atypical that in the initial month of service, or, in this case the initial fifteen days, the search terms for Ms. [redacted]’s campaign had not been sufficiently optimized to trigger enough results for Ms. [redacted] to notice any change in her business volume. However, WIS firmly believes that Ms. [redacted] would have seen tangible results over time as she had remarkable clicks in such a short time span.Ms. [redacted] further alleges that she should receive a refund for the months after she’ asked for her account to be canceled.  Ms. [redacted] signed a 3 month contract at a rate of $300.00 per month indicating she is responsible for paying the monthly fees for the agreed upon time. . Because Ms. [redacted]’s ad was up and running, as well as accruing traffic, through each month that Ms. [redacted] was billed, no refund is due to her.WIS flatly rejects the contention that Ms. [redacted] is owed any return from WIS. As explicitly, explained to Ms. [redacted], once the request was received to cancel the account the ad would remain up until the end of the agreed upon term and billing cycle. WIS is not in the practice of overcharging their customers and WIS did not incorrectly charge or overcharge Ms. [redacted].  Ms. [redacted] was charged for the services provided until they’d been concluded, as per her cancellation notice.   While it is unfortunate that Ms. [redacted] was unaware that she entered into a three month contract that does not entitle her to fees. It follows that there was not any breach of the agreement between WIS and Ms. [redacted], and that Ms. [redacted] is not entitled to recover any portion of the $300.00 paid for each month of WIS’s services. Nonetheless, WIS is committed to customer service and satisfaction. As a valued customer, WIS would like to work with Ms. [redacted] and explore the possibilities of helping her reach her desired marketing result and to work with her so that her Google campaigns are tailored to her needs. WIS strives to provide great customer service to their merchants and would like to see a mutually beneficial resolution to this situation. Should you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to email [redacted].   For the firm,/s/[redacted]
