Products didn't ship same day as advertise on the website during orderAnd when the products were received they were damaged do to improper packaging Contacted the company and they did not care

To Whom It May Concern We greatly apologize for the inconvenience our customer has dealt with regarding the Anchor Buddy they ordered on 6/21/The item was used for approximately months and on 8/19/we were notified by our customer the product was defective because the anchor line broke
Although we have not had a previous issues with this product, we offered to except the return and exchange the item for a brand new Anchor Buddy as well as to cover the additional shipping to ship out the new Anchor BuddyHowever, product warranties do not cover shipping costs and in accordance to our returns policy we do not, over return shipping at Wholesale MarineThe customer then emailed over the weekend requesting we reimburse for return shipping and we explained e could not do that but would gladly get her a new Anchor BuddyShe then requested we offer her a full refund which we did on the product and later that day credited our customer for the initial shippingAs of 8/27/our customer has received a full refund for the item as well as the initial shipping for a total of $We cannot issue a credit more than what the customer paid us and we normally do not refund initial shipping costs as those are a service renderedWe made an exception in this case as a customer good will gesture to credit our customer the initial shippingPlease understand we stand behind the products we sell and are more than willing to take appropriate steps to get warranties handled quickly and efficiently, we do not however offer to refund return shipping costs. To Whom It May Concern   I believe there is some confusion about propeller fit and performance. On 7/28/15 our customer placed an order for a propeller using our website which has a guide to tell you which model propeller and hub kit will fit your engine. The propeller guide will take you to a...

listing where you then have to select the correct pitch propeller for your application. The pitch will vary from boat to boat due to the amount of weight in the boat, hull type and engine it is paired with. Unfortunately, there is no way for a retailer like us to recommend a pitch which will have an effect on the performance unless a customer calls with the current pitch and wants a direct match or calls with a current prop and knows the top end RPM’s that prop is able to produce and the recommended top end RPM’s for that engine. Generally props will change by 200-400 RPM’s per pitch size. The boat manufactures water test their boats with different pitch propellers and pick out the correct one for optimal performance which is generally based on top end RPM’s the propeller is able to produce. If a customer of ours orders a propeller they need to know the pitch and our website requires you to choose that pitch. We do not recommend the pitch (which controls performance, not fit) unless a customer calls in and discusses their current propeller performance and current top end RPM’s. Our customer, in this case, did not call for advice and ordered the propeller online. They received the correct fitting propeller but based off their complaint choose the wrong pitch. We have explained this to our customer and he was going to contact the manufacture in order to find a pitch recommendation. At Wholesale Marine we have a 90 day return policy and have no problem returning product in new condition for a full refund. We cannot return used product and the customer stated to us this propeller has been installed, used, and is no longer in new condition. Per our return policy, we do not take back product in used condition as we have no way to resale used product, nor will the propeller manufacture take back a used propeller.
