On another note I tried getting a number for corporate several times and was told there wasn't one. If my replacement had been in the store and you couldn't reach me you could have sent me an email. When I asked about the restricted number the first time I was told that y'all didn't know why it did that. [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] So even though we did the work to get three mattress to the store they wouldn't give is a me one cause it had a spot on it, even though it was obviously decompressed by at least a couple of inches or more We then had to turn around take it back home to clean it This is obviously a decompressed mattress and should be able to get a replacement even though they say the warranty is voided cause of the stainWe will not be taking time out of our schedule to do there job After its clean they can bring the new one and switch them out I know that they themselves would not like sleeping on a box springI have never had this much trouble getting a good mattress that we have spent our HARD EARNED MONEY ON.Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern,Unfortunately upon inspection of [redacted]s mattress, it was saturated in urine. When the manager asked about the stains the customer stated it was in fact urine and bodily fluids.per the manufacture and all mattress manufactures. your warranty is void.please refer to your warranty card. HiWe received the initial warranty request on 8/17/2017 at this time the customer was asked for required documents from the mfg.we received these documents 8/24/2017 and subitted them to the mfg.we sent the customer an email stating the process would take 10 business days, the warranty exchange is...

ready to be exchanged however the customer has no voice mail wont answer blocked or private calls, not our problem. an email has been sent asking the customer to contact our store.all emails have been attached for you to review. Thank You Wholesale Mattress Inc. since 1971
