The ***'s knew from day one that it would take to weeks to get their homeThe reason they were willing to wait that
long is because we beat every other dealer's prices out there by a substantial amountWe are never given exact offline dates until approxa week before a house is finishedWe are only given estimated wait times that are beyond our controlSomehow, Mr*** has convinced himself that we told him his house would definitely be here at the first of SeptemberWe never give exact dates until they are given to us by the manufacturer since that is a process beyond our controlMr*** was told that he would not be contacted again until we received a serial number from the factorySerial numbers are given right before the house comes offlineWhen we were contacted by him to ask the offline date, we informed him that it would come offline on the first week of OctoberHe said that if I can't get it to him now then he would just get his deposit/down payment back and build a site built houseAfter I called and confirmed that I could not get the home any sooner from the factory, I then informed Mr***He said well I'm coming to get my money back thenInstead of keeping any money for ordering and then cancelling a new home, we returned his money in fullHe also signed a form at that time that said to cancel his order due to him not wanting to wait that longHe threatened to sue me for cancelling his order, which I did at his requestI kept the home on order though to use as a stock model simply because of the length of time it takes to get oneMr*** came in the next day and requested another copy of his contract for his lawyer...which he had already received at signingOur secretary informed him that she wasn't allowed to talk to him since he had been saying that he has an attorney to sue usHe was not given an extra copy and became furious and leftMr***'s wife called me the next day saying the her husband is a hot head and that she just wanted to continue on with the dealI told her that I wanted to help her but she needed to make sure that her and her husband were both on the same pageThe next day when I was trying to figure out how I could still help get them a home without having more problems, I received a complaint that was filed through the Revdex.comThe day before they wanted the deal to start back up and then the next filed a complaint for arbitrationI then informed them that we will be parting ways since Mr*** has been harassing and threatening my employees and then filed a frivolous complaint against usHe then called and left several derogatory voice mails on my cell phone as well as several threatening emailsAs far as we are concerned, we did our jobWe sold him a home at below market valueHe then cancelled it on his own behalfWe then refunded his down payment/deposit in full instead of keeping all or part of it (which we could have), he threatened repeatedly to sue us and then I still tried to make the deal go through because his wife was nice and reasonable, and the next day he files a complaintThe contract that we had between him and us was voided the moment he received his payment back in full and signed our cancel formWe have tried to reason with him over and over but it is simply impossible to reason with unreasonable people

We were told the end of August first week of September from Charlain supposedly office Mgr on June 10th when we ordered trailer and put $down.We did not get an original copy of contractOnly a copy of the front pageBecause *** said she needed to put serial # on contract when she placed orderSo I asked her for a copy from copier since I put money downAt that time we told her we are homeless and if possible to get house sooner please help, and we never heard from Wholesale again until we asked on the Wednesday of August 19th an estimated date of arrivalWhich his office told us to check back on Aug 26thWhich is when a new girl told us it would be in October sometimeShe could not even give us a date in OctoberWhich I asked her to have *** call me because I have already waited three months and Im not interested in waiting another two months that we would still not probably get our houseSo their was no convincing myself or my Wife as we were both their hearing what lies that Charlaine was telling us as little weston said in his responseMatter of fact their is nothing that Mr *** said is even trueThis is all his Mgr s remarks to him to cover her *** was never their and it took him two days to respond because by Friday the 28th of Aug I called in and told her that I have been waiting two days and have not heard from ***And I was telling his new girl that if *** is not going to call me then I would be forced to talk with an attorney to protect myself because this was not rightwhich is a true statementAs I said in my original complaint I would not have ordered trailer knowing it would be over three months, much less five months ? or longerWe as customers were not told of any process between Wholesale & claytonWe were buying from Wholesale we thought*** themselves at Corporate said their is no reason for the three months we waitedtheir wasn't much they could do because this was not a company store and they were an independent Wholesale that didn't do much business with themWe never threatened his staff by any means of the imaginationMy wife and I own several companies and we know customer service and we are level headed business people that ask questions and we know what is told to us*** wasn't their and cant even keep his stories or staff straight My Wife is furious at his comment and here is her CommentsHi my name is *** *** these people never did anything they told us and matter of fact we never heard from them after they received our money for trailerEven after I sent e-mail on Aug 19th they e-mailed back to us to check back with them on Aug 26thThey didn't say let us check or nothingMr *** stated an outright lie about our conversationI told him my husband and I are frustrated in how we have been treated and lack of communication from his companyeverything my husband filed was trueTo really even respond to anything Mr *** has comeback with in his response is a complete lieIt even insults myself and my husband in what we have been through*** ***
*** *** response now.We are now finding out about more customers that are extremely frustrated with this company.Lady that works at Landmark Bank has had issues with them since aprilwhich makes him look even more like a used car dealerWe waited three months, never heard back from company after we put deposit downWe ran electic, water,x concrete pad for trailer all these expenses and we never heard any im sorry, what can we do to keep your businesswhat can we do to compensate for the three months you have already waited and the additional two months that you will have to waitNothing but liesOn Friday the 28th when little *** finally contacted me back that is when I shared everything we have been through and his comments were only sorry you feel that wayThat is when I asked him to make a call to *** to see if they would do anything for us*** did call me back an hour later and said he couldn't do anything for usThat is when I told him I wanted my money back*** told me he would have check at his officeThey told me I had to sign a form to receive money backThat was the cancellation form .We were left holding the bag all aroundIn the months time we wasted, to the Money we spent on a trailer pad that only fits that homeWe deserved communication and results and compensation for damages to usWhich I did tell little weston we were going to contact an attorney & the Revdex.comMatter of fact *** through a fit when he saw we filled with Revdex.comThis complaint is for two reasonone for consumers to be educated on this placesecond reason is for arbitration on damages to us for our time & EXPENSESWe contacted an attorney and he wants us to see if we can results this wayHe told us we definitely have a case on so many frontsIts pretty clear what has happened here is not rightAnd that wholesale company dosen't care about us and what we have been throughRevdex.com please help

We have been in business since and sold hundreds of homes since that timeWe are one of the largest dealers in the state so we do know what we are doing
First of all, *** is a secretary in our office and not an office manager
Second of all, I have saved voicemails from Mr*** making explicit sexual remarks about my secretary and myself that contradict what he says about being level headed
Third, I had three people in my office when Mr*** came in and asked for a second copy of his contract so yes I know that he acted erratically when he left, regardless of what he says
Fourth, we can never give an exact offline date until we receive one from the factoryMr*** knew he had to wait a significant time in order to get the house at such a low price or he would have went and bought one from a different dealer that supposedly could have gotten him one in "three weeks"
Fifth, Mrs*** called our office herself and spoke to my secretary about keeping the deal going after Mr*** had cancelled itShe left her cell phone number to call or I would not have spoken to her about it at all in the first placeI received at text message from her phone later that night at 12:am indicating that they would like to have another copy of their contract if they go ahead with the deal which was fine with meThe next day when I was trying to work out getting their deal restarted, I receive a complaint from the Revdex.comYes, that was irritating knowing that we had just talked the day before about going forward with the deal and a complaint was filed the next dayIt was pretty much the end of any business dealing that we would/will have with the ***, especially after all of the threats and caddy remarks that have been made by Mr***On top of it, this was all done AFTER Mr*** had cancelled his order and picked up his FULL down payment
Sixth, we have a great relationship with *** and anyone at *** that we deal with will second thatSpeaking of ***Mr*** says that he didn't know *** was involvedSo I guess he assumed that our dealership was going to construct the house ourself and then name it a ***? More nonsense!
Seventh, my name is not little ***Anyone with respect and business ethics would never refer to someone else in that way, which is meant to be degrading
Last of all, to reiterate my previous response, we have done our jobWe did everything that we were supposed to do and even moreWe refunded his entire deposit on the same day that he demanded itWe could have kept part of it, if not all of it, for canceling the deal after we had ordered the homeThat is the main reason that deposits are required by ALL dealers that special order homesMr*** already knew BEFORE HE CANCELLED exactly how much he had spent on his slab and foundationHe, however, chose to cancel anyway on his own accordAnd why would we offer to knock money off of his house when we have done nothing wrong? Why would we bend over backwards and beg for him to come back when he willfully left, especially after he repeatedly threatened to sue for every little thing we had done before hand? That fact of the matter is that Mr*** tried to bully us by threatening to sue and there is nothing to be threatened by when you are 100% in the rightAlso, he probably that thought he could just go get that home somewhere else immediately, which isn't going happen for him, so he is blaming us for his mistakeAnd yes we did tell him that his home would be offline the first week of OctoberThat was as close of a date as we could get until the home actually went on the production lineWe have spent too much time with this thus far for no reason other than Mr***'s bad attitudeMr***'s goal at this point is to try to make us look bad simply because he got hot headed, made a bad mistake by canceling his deal, and has now delayed getting himself a home even longerThere is no need for any other response from us at this pointWe have made our point and spoken the truth in doing soThis will be our last response as there is nothing else to say that hasn't already been said and wouldn't be redundant
I am the President of Wholesale Mobile Homes and I am also a Director on the Board of the Manufactured Housing Association of OklahomaThis is an elected position which is voted on by other retailers, manufacturers, installers, and service/suppliersPeople who are not reputable do not get elected in these type of positionsMy personal reputation as well as our business reputation speaks for itself!

Their was no proposed resolution in Little ***'s responseHis response is full of untruths and hear say from *** and not even worth educating him on the truth because he doesn't want to listen or even care about the facts of the situationAll of his responses are defensive with no resolution for his customerAll about defending his company and his favorite ***Little miss can't be wrong in his eyes and he wasn't even their..He will learn in time the truth of ***I have several employee's and I believe in them and I back them up if they do the right thingHowever I listen to the customer and always try to resolve the situationI would never handle the situation as Little *** has
It has been obvious since first contacting Little ***He has a Used car dealer mentalityOver promise under deliver, weather on purpose or not that is what has happenedMy wife and I are in our 50's and own Business'sWe are educated people and know exactly what we hear and how to clarify conversations to make sure we are on the same pageSo their is no mis-communication on our end.Because we had to talk about the wait of days if it was worth it
Look at the facts, The facts are their is only two people in the officethe other girl ask *** all the questionsPlus I had seen something with her name on it as Office MgrBut regardless she runs the office and told us end of August first of September which is three months, In itself is a long timeBecause you can contact any dealer and they will tell you anywhere from - weeks for delivery.I had a deal with another trailer place to receive a trailer in three weeks at the price of $69,I stopped in to see what wholesale would do since it was a local dealer.He said he would sell trailer for $68,but I wouldn't get trailer until the end of August first of SeptemberWhy when we contacted his office for eta on August 19thWhy did they tell us to check back the next Wednesday? And the new lady in the office tell us her family has been waiting almost as long as we were that it was ridiculousSince this has happened, a lot of people have been telling us their stories of this company which have not been good
As previously said My wife & I really didn't want to wait three months'that was twice as long as other dealerI sure wouldn't have agreed to months and still not an eta .But we had to get property ready and it was a local business for warranty purpose and he was going to sell trailer for a $less than the other dealerWe decided to do it
I want my complaint to stand because it is the truth and it is so obvious that Little *** is not trying to do anythingWhich in itself shows me he doesn't care about us as customers
I'm looking for an apology and to be compensated for the time & expenses we wasted waiting and the x concrete pad , that fits this size & Model trailer.Plus the electric, water,etc that is in concrete in the right place for this Model TrailerAs I have been consistently saying, If Little *** doesn't want to arbitrate, Then I will let my Attorney move forwardBecause I believe my attorney & the Judge will eat him for lunch with his responsesThe choice is hisI'm tired of the drama and I want justice for all the lies and lack of compassion for his customer for everything we have been throughWe did everything we were suppose to do from our endI did not tell Little *** what I thought of him & charmaine until after I knew I was done with this company and after I filed with Revdex.com and talked with my attorney because of his responsesAnd I still believe their is something between these two .But it doesn't change the facts regardlessI did act in frustration because of the responses of these two
