Dear [redacted] , [redacted] purchased a complete Desktop computer system, monitor, keyboard, and mouse on 4/2/14. She returned this same system on the same day, 4/2/14. Her entire $118.96 was voided the same day. Since this was a voided transaction, this charge never hit her account. I... tried to explain this in detail to her each and every time that she called or came to our store. This is a nearly impossible task. We cannot completely void a transaction plus give [redacted] an additional $118.96. This is what she refuses to understand. The Wholesale Outlet does not owe [redacted] any additional refund. Review: I purchased a [redacted] desktop with monitor mouse an keyboard I paid 118.96 for it on April 2nd 2014 so I took it home an set it up I didn't like Wat I saw wit the monitor it had a thumb print in the middle of the screen so I called them to bring it back an get my money back he said yes so I took it back an he voided an said my money will be back on my card so I waited about three days an called my bank to see if I had any return purchase pending from wholesale outlet an they told me no an I told them Wat happened an they told me to file a dispute so I did an I sent them the documents that they needed an I called the man at wholesale outlet an told him that the bank said that they never credited my money back to my card the guy gt smart an nasty with me an hung up on me then I gt a letter in the mail saying that they denied my dispute an to return to the merchant so I told him that also an he as usual kept being nasty an smart I told the bank the more I call or going up there to talk to him the nastier he get so my councillor told me to try u all an that's Wat I'M doing it's going on 2months I just want my money that's all my name is [redacted] u can contact me @ [redacted] if u can help me get my money back I will gladly appreciate itDesired Settlement: I just would like for it to be placed back on my debit card Thanks
