There seems to be some inconsistency between what MsHazel *** is claiming and what our records indicateWe do not have a customer named Hazel *** listed in our system. The order # *** is for a YVONDA *** at that same addressIn one portion of her complaint, Ms
*** claims she did not recieve the item - in another portion of her complaint she indicates she did recieve itThe order in question was placed by this customer, YVONDA *** (email ***@gmail.com), on our website. The customer selected the item they wanted to purchase and selected economy shipping as the option. The item was shipped via *** Mail Innovations and tracking number *** shows it was delivered on February 14thOur notes indicate the customer called in and wanted to return the item because they placed an order for the wrong item & that it did not fit their machine. A return authorization (RMA #***) was immediately issued and emailed to a new email address at hazel***@yahoo.comOur notes indicate, the customer called back and made several outrageous and inconsistent claims ranging from she did not recieve the item, to it was shiped to the wrong address, to we shipped her the wrong item and became belligerent, rude, foul-mouthed & outright rude. She demanded we send someone to pick up an item she purchased by mistake. Our customer service rep was unable to deal with her unreasonableness and the call was transferred to a supervisor who informed her about our return policy and that we would refund her once the item is returned.We have been in busines since have a stellar reputation. We have agreed to accept this item that customer placed in error for a return and have issued a return authorization. We have agreed to refund the order once the item is recieved and will do so.David ***
