I was never informed that the order could not be cancelled until after the cancellation request was made and the business owner cut off communication with me after I requested informed her that I received no products or services to justify her keeping my money. The only way to resolve this is to give me back my money.

Called the business spoke with Ms. [redacted] she stated that 4 monthly payments were received and once payments stopped the payment in full was requested. A charge back was done by the consumer through her bank which was denied. Conversations through Facebook informed the consumer that...
cancellation is not an option.
