Dear MsW*** Thank you for contacting me regarding this complaintI take situations like this very seriously and are always disappointed when a customer is not 100% satisfied with their experience at our companyIn the case of MrS*** he had more than one complaint with one of our
company and top-rated products. During his last interaction with our staff, he was rude and verbally aggressive. He posted emails legally marked “confidential to receiver only” on social media with the presumed intent to harm our company We do not wish to further engage with MrS*** as it is clear that we cannot meet his expectations Unfortunately at this point, our relationship has been damaged beyond repair and MrS*** (as well as all alias accounts) have been deactivated in our system We wish him nothing but the best as he moves onto a new vendor If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me*** *** PresidentWholesale Supplies Plus, Inc

Hello,Thank you for forwarding this information to our company We stand by the results of our original investigation As advertised, this customer's order was processed in a timely and accurate manner I am disappointed that in light of how people today can use social media, the Revdex.com has not adjusted it's policies for posting and slanderous information Our company is family owned and works hard to maintain a positive reputation There really isn't anything more our company can do about this customer I just hope that visitors to the Revdex.com read through the entire complaint to see that our advertising is accurate and the order was not mishandled.Debbie M** - President, Wholesale Supplies Plus

contacted us we launched an investigation into the matter.  Our records indicate that the customer placed an order on 9/8/2016 and the order was shipped on 9/13/2016.  On the day the order was placed, the right hand corner of our website (to the left of the checkout button) a message stated “Processing Times 1-3 Business Days”.  When we cross referenced the order ship date with the calendar,  it was confirmed that the order shipped on day 3 of the processing time.  Our investigation concludes this order was shipped as advertised.  We do not feel this to be valid complaint or additional action is warranted. I ask that you remove the complaint from your system as false public reports such as the one made will have a negative impact on our business.  Please let me know if you have further questions.  Sincerely Yours, Debbie M**President & CEOWholesale Supplies Plus, Inc.7820 E. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. To: Revdex.comFrom [redacted]Subj:  Wholesale Supplies Plus.com Inc1)       I have received their rebuttal and found 100% of it flawed.2)      I never complained about the company or products.3)       I was never rude or verbally abusive on the phone.4)      I never posted emails legally marked confidential to receiver only on social media.5)      I never presumed intent or harm to the company.6)      I have no alias accounts with them as she so stated.The company, and I explained it on the phone but they were not intelligent to understand it, mistook me for someone else.  They are blaming me for what someone else did.  Repeat, she is blaming me for what someone else did and unable to fathom this concept.Here is what happened.  Her company sent out to more than one customer a flawed product last year.  When more than one of them contacted her company back in November of 2016 for a refund, she refused.  Afterwards she deactivated all of their accounts to get back at them.  This was totally immature and unprofessional of her.I placed an order with her company on 12 March 2017 for the first time and received an email two days later stating that my order was cancelled, money refunded, and account deactivated.  Her software cross-referenced my personal account to theirs and thus blamed me for what the other people did.I am the victim here as I had no dealings with what these other people did, such as the emails and social media stuff.  Her company can not understand that they blamed me.  They think that I am them.  I am not.  I have tried to explain this to them numerous times and they don’t want to hear that they made a mistake of falsely accusing me of what these other people did.  As a result, her statements are slanderous and liable since I did not but other people did.This I say for the record so that it is straight and not the hog wash that she is stating.I wish no further contact with her in any shape, form, or other avenues from her company, her associates, or anyone doing business with her in any capacity.  I hope she can finally understand this and get her company problems fixed so that this does not happen again to someone that had nothing to do with her.  I wish that my account with her be not deactivated, but deleted.  Also to let this remain unresolved since she cannot understand all of this.  Any apology from her since she can not understand this would be worthless.  I simply want the facts stated as they are, not as she perceives them to be.Can you, the Revdex.com of Cleveland, explain to her that her software screwed up and called me them?[redacted]15 March 2017

Good morning [redacted], I unfortunately do not have that proof, shipping times are located at the very top of the website when you order, shortly after I ordered thoes times were changed to a later date...The only way I could have gotten proof of that was to take a picture of it, I had no idea it was going to turn into a complaint , so who would think of doing that.....?Thank  you,[redacted]
