I called Whoesale Tires USA I seen the website online I just wanted to call and speak to somebody before I placed a big order. I asked maybe two questions and I was told that I need to read the website a little better, the man used profanity and cursed me out, very rude, and hung up in my face... I don't recommend anybody doing business with this unprofessional business. What if I had a problem with my order, I don't think they would care. Don't recommend this business to anybody. Bad customer service speaks a lot about the quality.

Review: I ordered 1200 tires from Wholesale Tires USA, which were advertised as single sets and pairs of 70-90% tread depth remaining, at the cost of $16.00 per tire. Order was placed on 3/14/14, and I paid a total of $19,200.00. Tires arrived 3/20/14, and were not at all as described in the advertisement. Vast majority of them had only 20% tread depth,other had none, and were completely unusable for resale. If such tires are installed into a vehicle, major issues with liability and automobile accidents could enlist. I returned the shipment the same day, and contacted Wholesale Tires USA for an explanation and possible refund. They refused to refund my originally paid amount and said they would pay only $11,000 back. Review: I ordered a shipment of tires (238 Sets of specific sizes at a high tread amount) for $34000 USD.

I received this shipment on Nov 2/14.The shipment I received was in no way, shape or form what I had ordered. I was able to salvage less then 10% of the load and even those are barely sellable tires. Also I received over 150 tires in 19 inch which is far more than the 32 I had ordered. Upon further inspection I received singles of tires and tires on the wear bar or completely bald.

It is very self evident that there was no attempt to provide me with what I had paid for. I have taken pictures of the load in its entirety and they show beyond a shadow of a doubt the sub par grade level of the tires.

I have made repeated attempts to contact the company through various numbers that I was contacted from. I have also left several messages and have received no response to my issue.

I am out $34000 and thats not even including the $10000 I spent on brokerage and shipping.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. $34000 USD. This business has apparently done this in the past as I've seen from previous complaints. This has ruined my family and I don't understand how they can sleep at night.

Review: I payed $275 for 4 used matching [redacted] tires with 75% tread life left. After 2 weeks of waiting the business finally answers my calls and informs me there was a mix up and the tries are finally being mailed to me. 4 days later I receive tires are that not at all what I ordered. 2 [redacted] with 1/32 or 10% tread life. 2 [redacted] tires with around 40% tread life. One of which has an illegal tire repair made on it (repair to close to or in sidewall). I called the business for a correction. They informed they had a matching set of other tires in my size they would mail to me. This turned out o be untrue. After trying to contact them all day, leaving multiple messages and emails I got ahold of someone who informed me they were mailing me a shipping label and not able to process the refund until the tires were mailed back. I asked for a refund, however I was not spoken with before actions were taken. Nobody responded to my original email trying to resolve the situation and figuring out if there were other options. Which is why I asked for a refund. Business is being terrible slow, waiting almost 2 weeks to mail me the wrong tires, and now I have to wait even longer to get my money back so I can go buy tires. This business has the absolute worst service I have ever dealt with. you communicate with your customers before taking actions. whos going to compensate me for the 4 weeks ive gone without tires and the vacation that I am now going to miss? due to the irresponsibility of this business.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my $275 and to keep 2 of the tires that were originally sent to me as a consolation for the lateness and terrible businesses practices. I shouldn't be the one suffering for others peoples mistakes. This business shouldn't be getting away with such brash mistakes without it costing them money as well.

Review: Charged for tires that were not in stock. Money was never returned. Tried to call the business and they were rude on the phone and hung up on me. They have had a month to return the money and have not. Very hard to reach anyone in this office. Was charged $ 375.00 on a debit card and was never returned.Desired Settlement: Would like my money returned to account ASAP.

Review: Ralph the manager of the business took 6200 dollars from my family in exchange for his business of selling us used tires from him for 17$ plus a 250$ delivery fee. The agreement was that we would paid more and we would get the desired sizes that we needed for the business. He received the payment in cash then delivered the tires. Of the tires sent 86 were bad tires in a load of 350. In addition we were not giving the sizes we paid extra for in the remaining 264 tires.

After complaining we were promised in countless conversations that he would give us the proper size tires and he was suppose to give us replacements for the 86 bad tires he sold us. After a few days he never responded back to calls or emails. The gentleman by the name of Ralph was very nice and convinced me he would take care of the issue but he scammed us and took our money never to fix the issue.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the 86 tires that were bad given to us back with the proper sizes we desire. The proper price for a tire when one does not pay extra for a grade C tire is 10$ a tire rather than when you pick your own at 17$. This would make sense to get back the difference for each tire that we received that is usable ($7*264) and then full refund for the tires that are not usable ($17*86).
