As we explained in our previous response, what happened and what we did. For warranty, we have to submit defective tire to the company we buy from. There is no road hazard on the commercial tire we sold to GRC. Our employee did as they were told. I'm also sending a warranty information claim form where GRC must fill it out and give the tire back to us so we can return the tire back to the company we bought it from, so they can inspect it for material defect and tell us whether it was a road hazard or not. I also would like to share went they came back, they came back screaming and cursing when we asked the to return the tire so we could take a look at it there answer was no. THIS STATEMENT IS TRUE AND CORRECT HERE ARE THE SIGNATURE OF OUR EMPLOYEE WHO WORKED ON THERE TRUCK.

On November 26, 2016 customer "GRC INC" came and purchased 5 new wheels and 8 new tires. He also purchased 3 used wheels claiming he didn't have the funds to purchase new ones. The following week, he called us and said that someone tried to steal his tires and wheels. We sent our employee out and he...

put tires and wheels back on truck. He said that someone had cut the fence in his yard located at Bonander Trucks on Golden State Blvd. and tried to steal his tires. I think they might have a police report. On December 27, 2016, he called us back asking us to replace remaining 3 used wheels. He told our employee to change one on the driver side 2nd axel inside, another at 3rd axel driver side, and 3rd axel inside passenger side. Our employee did as was told. I thought customer knew which wheels needed to be changed. It was after five o'clock and getting dark that made it difficult to tell which wheel was new and which one was used. They had been on truck for almost and were very dirty. The next day we found one of his new wheels in shop. The next day he called us and I apologized that we made mistake for him to come in and we will put new wheel back on. He then proceeds to tell us that the tire came off the wheel and resulted in wheel and tire damage. I told him to bring truck in and we would see if we were at fault. I also told him if we were at fault I would refund money. I had to make sure it was not a road hazard which is not covered under warranty. He brought receipt to store and asked for money back. I said show me tire and wheel. He started cursing at me and my employees saying that we stole his wheel. They would not listen to anyone or anything. They wanted money by force. After they left I had my employee [redacted] call them to bring our wheel and tire back and we would give them money. They didn't want to show us tire and wheel. We have been in business since 1994 and have never stolen from a customer. They can come in anytime and settle this matter with me.[redacted]President

I am rejecting this response because:Mr. [redacted] (Wholesale tires) statement is not correct. Because on December 27, 2016 driver [redacted] (Co- Owner, GRC) told business owner to change 3 remaining wheels with the new wheels. so the truck get all new 8 wheels. But he installed 2 new wheels and installed old damaged wheel in the inner side of the axle with the intention of cheating and never notified driver until driver called him back after it blasted on the road and damaged the truck body parts too. Driver notified the business owner that tire blasted and driver came to know that the wheel was old and bended. Driver brought back damaged tire and wheel back to Mr. [redacted]'s Wholesale tire shop from Phoenix, AZ area to Turlock, CA. but Mr [redacted] refused to pay any money back and any money for damages and instead cursed at driver. As Mr. [redacted] said "he is in business since 1994" and saying "it was 5 pm getting dark" , he supposed to use the work light or any other light source to confirm that truck has all new 8 wheels correctely and safely installed. We have no problem in doing a settlement in this case but we want Mr [redacted] to come with a reasonable settlement amount for our losses and mention it in the reply email.
