I would like help with address the age old treatment of select women at car dealershipsThis is not my first run in the service adviser *** ***I visited Ed Honda Martin on Saturday 2/14/and because I did not have an appointment which is not on the website that you can only come if you have an appointmentI advise Mr*** of the issue I was having and wanted him to check itI received a diagnostic test that said my engine light was a pvc value issueI explained this to him and he pulled my name in system to advise me that he would have to look and see if part was available.He then proceeds to tell me I have not been in since which I guess that means I can no longer have my Honda serviced at that location Then he tells me he has to pull my file to see if they had ever told me I needed a PCV valueHe comes back and continues to tell me I have not been in since at that point I advise him that I understand English and understand that I have not been in since so what does that mean? He tells me since I don't want to listen I have to get out! I leaveAfter I got there at 7:30amThere was no reason to my knowledge why my Honda could not be looked at just because I had not been there since
