Horrible customer service! It took the company three weeks to finally deliver a missing cabinet from the original order. This after they sent 2 wrong items in the mean time. Talked to the CEO and he did nothing for all the time of mine he wasted.

I am extremely pleased with the service, product, delivery and professionalism of this company! We ordered our new cabinets and couldn't be more pleased! Such great a product!!!! A+++

I'm sorry I ever purchased anything from this company.

I had contacted the company through their online chat feature in which I
stated my frustration with a competing company for their lack of urgency to provide me final schematics for my kitchen cabinet design. During this conversation a direct link to the cabinets I had intended to purchase from the other company was provided to their staff at which time I was told that wholesalecabinets.us offers the exact cabinets. I had also asked the representative if a sample cross-section of the cabinet door was available and I was told there was only a full door available for purchase, however I was once again assured that the cabinets their company offered where the very same cabinets that I was going to purchase from the other company.

I then spoke to their General Manager on the phone in which he stated he could read the chat conversation I had had with the representative, and he later sent an email with his contact information. I quickly responded to him with the direct link to the cabinets I had intended to purchase
from the other company. At no point in time did he correct any statement by the Chat Representative that the cabinets they offered where in fact NOT the same cabinets I had intended to order from the other company. Several emails later, I even sent a crystal clear image of a cross-section of the solid wood cabinet quality I was originally going to purchase asking the GM to confirm that this is indeed the same cabinet quality that I would be getting from Wholesale Cabinets.US, and I received a response with what my Attorney has already regarded as "intentionally vague with obvious intent to defraud".

Believing the GM's statements were supporting my question of the solid wood door quality, coupled with the repeated statements by the Chat Representative that the cabinets where the exact same, I then placed my order under the understanding that I was indeed receiving the same quality cabinets as what I had originally intended to purchase from their competitor. The cabinets were delivered in a timely manner, however once I started to assemble the cabinets, I was shocked at the poor quality and found that over 90% of all the screws provided for the assembly were piercing the decorative side of the panels which absolutely ruined the aesthetic, screw-heads easily broke off the screws, frames where broken, and a cabinet
door corner had been busted exposing a door which was NOT solid hardwood.

I immediately contacted the GM with photos of all of these issues and my desire to return the cabinets whereby I was
told they would only take non-assembled cabinets, I would be required to pay a 20% restocking fee (I ordered $9700 worth of cabinets), and I would be responsible for the shipping to return them. I found this incredulous considering they repeatedly told me that the cabinets where "the exact same" as what I was going to order from another company when in fact the product from WholesaleCabinets.US are incredibly inferior. I then reached out to the Owner/CEO relaying these issues and respectfully requesting an amicable resolution and I haven't received a single word back from anyone in the company.

Unless you are okay with cheaply constructed cabinets and employees that will tell you anything just to get a sale, I would avoid this company at all costs.

Isn't it funny that this is the second negative review on Revdex.com for this man? Therefore his word cannot be trusted. If you see two negative complaints there have got to be a dozen more not coming forward.
