I have always been happy with my purchases from WSC

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I will wait for the information requested Regards, [redacted]

We reviewed the complaint received from Mr [redacted] , which is related to an order he placed on our website at www.WholesaleCoinsDirect.com In this case, the consumer found a coin our website, normally priced around $1,600.00, which was displaying at a price of $(zero) This coin was NOT offered for free as the consumer has claimed in their complaint - no where on the product description did it say "free product" The consumer's statement about entering into a contract is accurate - all user of our website at www.WholesaleCoinsDirect.com are party to our Website User Agreement, Terms & Conditions of Sale (if they place an order), and other policies applicable to their interactions with our companyAs part of the contract entered into in exchange for the use of our website, the following language is contained within the agreement: "Wholesale Coins Direct reserves the right to refuse an order when the confirmed price is incorrect due to computer-related problems, pricing error, incorrect item descriptions or sudden movements in the precious metal or diamond marketsFurthermore, WCD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order deemed questionable, of significant risk to WCD, or in potential violation of U.SAnti-Money Laundering Laws regardless of the price confirmation." Due to the fact that a computer pricing error caused this product to be erroneously priced at $(zero), it was cancelled according to the terms of the agreement Mr [redacted] is party to Furthermore, we have built safeguards into our systems to try to prevent any undue confusion for our valued customers This includes a system that prevents a shopping cart to check-out with a zero balance, plus other measures that back test product pricing against known good pricing In this case both systems caught the problem and notified our Team The only reason the consumer was able to check-out in this case is because they noticed the system would not allow them to check-out with a $(zero) balance, so they added the lowest price product they could find in an attempt to circumvent our systems The additional safeguards caught this activityThe coin was not offered for free - it was never stated anywhere that we were offering the product for free We are happy to accept orders from all consumers in accordance with our Website User Agreement and other policies

I never write reviews, but I have a serious concern about this company I creating an account and placed an order for silver Eagles I received a receipt and a follow up email that my order was being processed After several weeks of nothing happening I called to check the status of the order I was then informed that my order had been cancelled because my address could not be verified "through a third party vendor" Really? I have lived at this address for years, frequently buy online and have products shipped to my home almost every day My contact and profile information was correct on my account and nobody from the company contacted me via telephone or email that there was a potential problem They processed my credit card for the charge on the day of the transaction, never sent the products and never communicated with me, Very nice I demanded an immediate refund to my credit card, which better happen or legal action will be forthcoming and a criminal complaint of fraud will be filed I understand a company such as this will want verified information before sending out gold and silver, but I think in my case this was an excuse What is evident is this company intentionally leveraged my money to their advantage until a demand for a refund was made and I missed the spot price for the silver I wantedFurthermore, this company made no attempt to honor my purchase price, complete a proper verification and send me the product I wanted or any other offer to keep me as a customer Do yourself a favor a use a more reputable company

Mr***, On January 2, 2018, at approximately 3:00pm CST I called you at the number listed in your account with our company. We spoke about your portfolio and some of the dynamics related to the market for precious metals, coins, and assets in general. During our call I attempted to address some of your questions and concerns; however, you became agitated and stated, "You're not telling me what I want to hear." I responded to you by attempting to explain the facts related to the situation, but was frequently interrupted by you. During our call I offered to go back and look at the BID prices you were offered to ensure accuracy and make sure there was not a simple mistake made in the information. Prior to confirming any of this information you hung up on me and abruptly ended the conversation. Regardless, I will work to ensure that we get you an updated BID price and include information related to other channels for selling some or all of your assets. We want to be as helpful as possible to you and assist with an outcome that is reasonable for all parties; however, if you hang up the phone before we get to the bottom of the facts it will be difficult to reach a resolution. I am happy to speak further with you about a resolution if you would like me to attempt to call you back

Mr***, We received your inquiry through the Revdex.com over the New Year's holiday weekend. Sorry it took a little longer to get back to you, but we were closed for a few days over the Christmas and New Year holiday. We have reviewed the concerns listed in your complaint to
the Revdex.com and, given the amount, we will certainly reach out to you via telephone to discuss your options. However, there are a few points you made in your statement to the Revdex.com that are not entirely accurate, or are written in such a way as to not provide the full context of the situation. While the portfolio of coins you own may have increased in ASK price, it does not necessarily mean you can liquidate them at this time for a profit - especially since you have owned most of your portfolio for less than one year. Purely as a hypothetical example, owning precious metals is very similar to owning a house that you live in (i.eit is not a rental property). If a home is purchased for $200,on January 1st of the year, and then increases in price-per-square-foot by 5% over the period of one year (a significant increase for real estate), one might expect to sell the house for $210,one year later. However, there are buy and sell spreads with every transaction, including actual transactional costs. In the case of real estate, generally it costs about 6% to 7% to sell a home by the time you pay realtor fees and other expenses. As such, selling the home in this example would yield a return of funds of $197,(at a 6% transaction cost), or a loss of $2,600. However, if the home continued to increase at a rate of 5% annually you would be in a pretty good position by the time you reach year or of ownership. Selling the home very quickly after purchasing it would likely result in a loss on the purchase. Although we cannot predict the future, and all investments may lose value at times (including real estate), we can confirm that some of the items you acquired have increased in ASK price. There is a spread between the ASK and BID price of the products we sell, which is how we make a business and are able to provide the services we provide to consumers. We offer a Consignment Sale Program where clients can sell their products through our trading floor for a more narrow spread, but as of right now you must have owned the items for at least years to qualify for that program. The Consignment Sale Program is a service we offer for clients to help them liquidate sometime down the road; however, we do not advise buying any precious metal products if you plan to sell them within a very short time period after acquisition. During the last few months of you made significant acquisitions from our company, but now - only a number of weeks later - you want to sell everything. This doesn't make sense to us based on what you stated on all of your calls with our company. We will contact you later today to assist you as best we can, but we wanted to make sure to reply to your through the Revdex.com platform as well

I am writing this because of my past business with Wholesale Coins DirectI have ordered and received coins from them twiceReceived my orders in a few days via FedEx with no problemsExcellent company to order fromFast and friendly service and you get exactly what you orderedThe one negative feed back is from a person who did not have payment available, or their address did not check outIt was his problem, not Wholesale Coins DirectThe price of gold and silver changes by the hourI do not doubt that what he ordered cost more a day or two later (price goes up or down)

Mr***, We received your message through the Revdex.com. Per your request, we will send you an email by 5:00pm on Friday, January 12, 2018, which includes a detail of your current holdings and additional details. I did already send you a message with some updated information on the offer to purchase your holdings, which I will resend and add the additional information you requested. Regards,WholesaleCoinsDirect.com

Mr. [redacted] -We're sorry that your order was removed from your property after it was delivered.  Our Security Director ran an investigation into your package, which included speaking with FedEx and reviewing the police report.  We filed a claim with FedEx on your behalf, but they denied the...

claim based on their proof that they did, in fact, deliver the package to your residence.  This shipment did not require a signature based on its value.Unfortunately, it does take some time to handle situations where a package is claimed as missing.Although our obligation was met at the time the order was delivered to your address, we will authorize a replacement package be shipped to you via the U.S. Postal Service.  Please note that it may take a bit longer before the replacement order ships out to you.  I checked our inventory of the item you ordered and we do not currently have enough units to replace your order.  As such, we will order more of these items to replace your order.  As soon as they are received from the manufacturer we will send them out to you.Regards,The WholesaleCoinsDirect.com Team

I am rejecting this response because:I have been purchasing products from Wholesalecoinsdirect.com since 2014-04-25. my last purchase was 11/14/2017, I had 7 large purchases during 2014, 1 large purchase during 2016 and 10 large purchases during 2017. What I don't understand is all of my purchases have risen in value but your buy back price is  $89,674.96 less than what I originally paid for them? I would like to see your calculation and what restocking fees are that makes any sense of that.
