Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been working with your company for over months to get a non-defective unit that I can rely on to opperate consitantly, after receiving replacement units none will operated for more than a couple of weeksThe uniits are not accuratly rated for the power they are capable of delivering and I deserve a full refund after all I've gone throught with waiting weeks durning shipment transit without a secured yard.To address your comment that the warranty period has expired, to that statement I say BSThe last replacement you sent me was in March, less than days ago, so your warrenty should extend from the date of your last shipment, not the first.I find your lack of interest in taking care of this issuse amazing and I hope that future customers will read this complaint and avoid doing business the WholelsaleGateOpener Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello,Thank you for contacting us, after looking through the order and all that has been done. We can accept the product back for a refund. We have tried to work with the customer in helping resolve the matter as was stated. We have sent out replacement parts and even sent out a complete new unit.As this has not worked we are willing to accept the product back for a refund. Please ship the product back to us and we will issue you a refund as soon as we have gotten the product back to us.Here is your RMA number [redacted] please ship back to our address which was stated in your claim.Thank you
