I ordered an adjustable stock for a Remington with a camo pattern I wantedWholesale Hunter then sent me a confirmation e-mail showing the camo pattern I wanted, and orderedHowever, they sent me a completely different camo patternAfter a long conversation with customer service, which they repeatedly tell me it's a stock photo and I should've double checked description or part number, they agreed to take it back, but I have to pay shippingNow I'm out the shipping cost to my house, shipping cost back to them, and I didn't finish my build in time! Order a [redacted] XXXXXX and they sent a [redacted] XXXXXX. Apparently they were out of stock of the one I ordered. Wont exchange it. purchased on 12-10-2016 received it on 12-12-2016 order #XXXXXX payment was $248.03 then they changed it to $243.08. Paid with Visa card, I am disputing the charge now. Bout this item for my Fathers Christmas present, when I received it I put it up and did not look at it when he opened it I noticed it was not the one I wanted. I called wholesale hunter the first chance I could on 12-27. I asked them to exchange it for the one I wanted. They stated they would then , after seeing they did not have the one I ordered in stock stated they could not exchange it or give me a refund as I would ship them a counterfeit item back. It is my opinion that this company was blatantly dishonest in its dealings with me, and has a well-documented history of advertising items for sale that they absolutely DO NOT have in their inventory In my opinion this is either done to give the impression of low priced items in an attempt to have an undue/unfair influence on its competitors, and/or to knowingly deceive customers into considering them as a viable option for the best price on an item A review of the negative feedback received by the company on the world-wide-web and on Gunbroker.com clearly demonstrate that in hundreds of cases the company did not actually have the items that it was listing as for sale in stock (their physical possession), and in my case an employee of this company ('Ben') LIED to me when I called to confirm stock status prior to paying for an item in what I consider to be a deceptive attempt to get me to pay for an item they knew or could have easily known they did NOT have in stock It is my opinion that these actions constitute violations of most state's deceptive trade practices acts, and I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General in the state in which they do business

Many emails previously have gone unanswered regarding this order
Wholesale Hunter charged my credit card immediately with no explanation
I have contacted the issuing bank regarding this charge
If the ammo is truly available then the credit card charge will be allowed
Currently I see no reason to believe that Wholesale hunter is acting I good faith
Hopefully this issue will be addressed and I will be a customer of Wholesale Hunter

I purchased an item from this company and used their website for checkoutThe item was listed on online auction site gunbroker.com with the shipping charge listed as "actual cost."
