Ford 2001 F250 XL Rear Driveshaft

I had searched salvage yards no driveshafts available and contacted the Ford dealer with no driveshafts available, they said it was obsolete and they didn’t carry it any longer. I found Whole sale import parts on the net. I’m glad I did…they ran my VIN and matched my wheel base to a drive shaft they fabricate. The dynamic balancing at 3,500RPM far exceeds my trucks 3,000 RPM operating range which gave a very smooth no vibration ride. The drive shaft when built has awesome welds (maybe machine welded since the welds were so fine)connecting all parts and new u—joints installed and center carrier bearing installed when fabricated. This company said it would take 5 to 6 business days to get the drive shaft, but it arrived in 4 days.The customer support was a great experience. I would highly recommend this company to others who need a very well built balanced driveshaft that is a plug and play item!

Purchased a driveshaft from this outfit online for my VW Touareg for an unbelievable low price, I thought that I would get some cheap part but I must say that I was blown away by the quality of the part and it arrived within 3 days, I couldn’t believe that the VW dealer wanted more then double of what I paid to these guys.

Review: I ordered a car part from this company on Sept 2, 2014 over the telephone, after ordering I was notified by my mechanic I no longer needed the part. I called this company to cancel within a few hours of ordering on the same day, upon cancelling that's when the company disclosed that they were charging for shipping and restocking fees. When the company took my order over the phone they did not disclose their were any kind of fees or anything if I needed to cancel order. The amount of part was 313.00 and this company wanted to charge upward 125.00 for canceling the order, which amounts to roughly 35% of the total purchase. I explained to the company that I will never receive or touch the product so why a restocking fee if i'm never going to receive the product. The guy who claims to be the General Manager was very rude and unwilling to accept the fact that they didnt disclose their fine print, he said well its on our website. which meant absolutely nothing considering I made a purchase over the phone and and never searched their website. I explained to him im not in the business of giving his company free money for a service or product im never going to receive, he told me take it or leave his offer and hung upDesired Settlement: I want my full 313.00 that I paid for a part that I canceled same business day, and will never receive so I should not be subject to any amount

Dear Sir /Madam.

On 9/2/14 at 10:10 AM PST we received an order from the above client for a driveshaft, we proceeded with shipping of the part via FedEx (tracking number [redacted]) . The part was picked up by the FedEx driver at 3:19 PM that day. At4:05 PM the customer called and said that he wanted to cancel the order we explained that the part was already shipped, the customer said he doesn't care and want us to cancel the order, we told the client that we will contact FedEx and see what we can do to return the package back, we did so and explained per FedEx Representative that the package did not arrive yet at FedEx sorting facility and it is impossible to stop it until it does.

The client did not except that and just continued with numerous threats and insults, we explained polity that we are closing at 5PM and we will call FedEx first thing in the morning in order to try to return the package back. When we did, FedEx notified us that client already contacted them early in the morning and requested a return of the package back, FedEx also notified us and the client that the package must reach the clients state first and there is no guaranty that it will not be delivered, at this point the client new the tracking number and the status however he did not inform the repair shop not to except the package even though he was notified to do so also by us.

As it stands now the package was delivered and we have prepaid a FedEx Pick up label for the package but it was refused (see attached FedEx document).

Regardless of our numerous requests to resolve this matter the client refuses to cooperate with returning of the package which is very strange, does not want to answer any emails and no one answers the phone number at the shop. We have no problem refunding his cost per our policy but we think its fair that we get the part back first.
