In July of this year, I placed an order via mail to Who's for four bottles of their detailing product at a cost of $20 per bottle plus shipping, which was $13.95 for a total of $93.95. I mailed a check with the order which was cashed shortly thereafter.
As of late August I had not received my product and contacted Mr. via e-mail and was told "I was away from the office and I will ship your order out by Saturday".
As of September, I still had not received my order and I, once again, contacted him and was told "I have been in the hospital with my mother who is seriously ill and I will ship your order out by this Saturday".
Both times, Mr. River indicated he would send additional product at no charge for my patience.
As of October, I still had not received my order and I, once again, contacted him to ask him to either ship my product immediately or refund my money and receive no response, I have since tried again, and no response.
So I am out the $93.95 and have no product.
The order has been shipped and confirmation has been sent to the consumer.
