WWANA has rules only presented when they want to defend themselves for keeping the money.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

After I have trusted Ms. Linda G[redacted] and fulfilled the agreed, it is fundamental that Ms. G[redacted] fulfills her promise, and reimburse me, via credit card, the full amount of $ 1,189,00, principal reason of my complaint.

After the client expressed to a representative of our Membership Services Department that they were unhappy, we immediately put a cancel to their order and refunded them for it. The client received a satisfactory resolution once they called in and we were made aware of their issue.
