I have a signed contract with Mr. Gary *** for consignment services. He collected over $2300 from the sell of my property. 60% of the proceeds from the sell were to be paid to me. Mr. did not disburse my money from the sell. He stated he placed the check in the mail. When the check was not received he stated it would take the bank 14 days to stop payment and he would send the money immediately. It has been more than 14 day and he has not paid the money. He will no longer respond to phone calls. A demand letter was sent to Mr. and he stated "sorry for the inconvenience. He no longer responds to phone calls.
