I signed up for a free trial with Ivory Pro. I was asked to pay for shipping and handling. I was told I would be charged for the full amount of the product if I did not call and request termination of my membership within 14 days of signing up. I called and emailed 7 days after I signed up for the trial. I then noticed a charge on my bank account for the complete package of Ivory Pro. I contacted my bank, made a claim, and proceeded to call Ivory Pro's customer service line. After speaking with a customer representative and getting absolutely nowhere, I asked to speak to her supervisor. I tried explaining the them that I did cancel my membership within the time frame and I was charged for this product. The supervisor told me that they do not have any record of me calling but they will give me 35% of my money back. I refused and told him I wanted all of my money back. He argued with me for about 20 minutes and told me that there isn't anything he could do. I asked to speak with his supervisor/manager. I don't think he understood what I meant. He kept repeating the same lines over and over. I kept repeating myself asking to speak to his manahermanager. This went on for about 5 minutes and I asked to speak with the owner of the company. He got silent and said he will refund 75% of my money...and stopped him and NO...I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK OR I WILL CONTACT MY LAWYER. He finally gave me a RMA number with the return address...which was wrong...Thank goodness I looked it up. He said once they receive the original product, they can refund 100% of my money.
These people will scam you, speak to you however they please, and are very rude. If you want your money back, you have to stick to your guns.
