I ordered a female torso mannequin from Whynbo,com online Oct 8, 2019 for $12.99. I checked where the company was located and what their shipping policy was before ordering. The company contact info was for Reno, NV and their policy was to ship within 2 days of the order. When paying for the order, I made sure there was a "secure lock" in the address bar when entering my information. I never received a follow up email for shipping and was notified through my bank that I was charged an international fee for the transaction as it processed thru Puerto Rico. There is no phone number listed with the bank transaction and all contact information I have for the company does not work. As of today Oct. 15th, I do not have the purchased item, no response to my email to them, the website no longer exists and no longer any contact information that works. The company is obviously a fly by night scam to receive money and disappear. I filed a fraud claim with my bank and was refunded as they will investigate. I was surprised when I found the company that is was listed third on the Google shopping search and powered by Shopify. Whoever it is had worked diligently to appear legit. I wish I had looked up this company further as there are several complaints listed before my purchase.
I placed an order for two trash cans for $39.98 on Sept. 30th. The money was withdrawn from my credit card on 10/1/19. I received an email confirmation with an order number and it stated I'd get another email when it shipped. I have not received my items and have tried emailing them a couple times with no response. I have not been able to find a telephone number for them and now when I try to go onto their webpage I get an error saying that its not a safe website.

The vendor name on the credit charge is ONLINE SHOPPING ALCOBENDAS 028. The site claims to ship in 1-2 business days but the status hasn’t changed since the initial email. I’ve attempted to contact them via the email address provided ([email protected]) but haven’t received a response.
I ordered a desk for my daughter for her home schooling on 9/18/19 and still have not received it. Tried contacting them numerous times and can’t get ahold of anyone. Charged my card the day I ordered but now no product

I recieved an email conformation and it stated I'd get another email when it is shipped. I have not received it and have tried emailing them multiple times but comes back undeliverable. I purchased a doll my granddaughter asked me to get her, it was purchased on 9/9/2019. I paid $10.99 for it and have not yet received it or any form of shipping information. I have emailed them several times over the past week and they will not reply to me. I am more upset feeling as though they have tried to rip me off then the loss of $10.99. They either need to return my $$ or ship me the item.
