On December **, 2015, our office shipped Lot *** and Lot *** from Invoice #*** *o *** **, to the address on the invoice by ***We received *** Proof of Delivery.The customer, *** **, contacted us over the phone the first week of January, stating that she was not satisfied
with Lot *** and wished to return it for a refundI explained to her that we do not accept returns and do not give refunds as stated in our Terms of SalePlease note the customer agreed and accepted our Terms of Sale when she registered for this auction on *** She asked if there were any other optionsWe offered to re-auction the item for her and informed her that we would send the Consignment Auction Agreement and Consignment Receipt for her to sign when we received Lot ***, which she agreed to. The customer never stated to us that she did not receive Lot ***It would be impossible for the customer to have received Lot *** and not Lot *** when they were both in the same boxWe took a photo of the items together before we packed and shipped them to the customer.On January *, 2016, we received Lot *** back from the customer and created a Consignment Auction Agreement and Consignment Receipt which was emailed to the customer to sign and return to usOn January **, 2016, she replied to the email and wrote “You received my returned item on JanPlease send me the refund $as soon as possibleToday is JanIf I don't receive the refund within days, I will be forced to file a complaint to the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) in NY, and also file a request to NYPD for the investigation.” The customer never signed or returned the Consignment Agreement sent to her. The customer filed separate credit card disputes for each lot, which she lost both disputes and the money was returned to our account
