I purchased a national branded product from this store and had it applied by a reputable contractor that does this type of product application Shortly thereafter the product failed I contacted the store's manager, Chris S*** and he promptly called the company's representative who visited the site where the product was used He started to give several unfounded reasons for the failure in an attempt to avoid the warranty I again contacted MrS*** who immediately informed the owner, Jack B*** Jrof the situation To cut to the chase MrB*** not only supported the customer, but made arrangements for the contractor to redo the program which was done successfully at Wicked Awesome's expense This is integrity beyond reproach
