New Wicked Kickin' Cheesecakes Business Location: ***, ***, *** We placed a $50.00 order online for two types of Savory Bites: The Rhodes Island and The Cianci on 12/16/19 and chose a 1:00 p.m. pick-up for 12/19/19. On 12/18, around noon we got a call telling us that the ovens wouldn't even be turned on until around 1:00 and asking if we could pick up our order at 6:00 p.m.--just about the time of the party we were bringing the savory bites to! We indicated we could not pick them up at 6:00 so were offered a 5:00 pick-up instead. My husband picked up what he thought was the whole order, but instead it was only half of the order (which he still had to wait for to cook and was not thoroughly cooked). I called the Wicked Kickin' Cheesecakes phone number listed online only to repeatedly receive a message that indicates the voicemail box is full. The only way we were able to call again and talk with someone was because we had the phone number of whoever called to tell us we had to pick up later than 1:00!! We later found out the *** phone number is listed on the ***. I called and spoke with *** explaining what happened. The excuses I received were "well, we just moved" and "well, I don't do the internet orders" and "she (someone else) wrote down the wrong order". I was then offered two cheesecakes instead, which didn't help as we were walking out the door to the party. Finally, I asked for a refund for the bites we did not receive ($25.00) and was told I had to call back 12/20/19 to talk with the manager, ***. I called the number again on 12/20/19 and spoke with *** who was in her car on the way to work. I was told *** would call me back about the refund. As of 4:00 p.m.12/20/19 when I called I was told that ***, the Manager, was still not in the store and that only she can do the refund. The store hours are until 6:00 p.m. so I find it hard to believe that days before Christmas the manager has not shown up. As of 12/21/19, my husband called in the morning and was unable to reach anyone. The afternoon of 12/21/19 my husband did speak with the manager who indicated she would refund the $25.00 to my *** account (the same way I originally paid). After that, I learned that Wicked Kickin' Cheesecakes had been closed down by the Board of Health due to repeated violations. On 12/21/19 I sent a *** request for $25.00 to the same email I had paid originally. As of 12/23/19 I have not received a refund, nor have I received any further calls or communication from Wicked Kickin' Cheesecakes.

I purchased 1 Cheesecake at *** Wareham Mass on 8/02/2018. The company had a portable device to charge the product It was 1 Cheesecake at $25.00 They could not provide a receipt. When I got my statement I was Charged $250.00 I called the company and they said it would be taken care of. till this date it has not. it was in Dispute wth *** Card my credit card company. The owner of cheesecake company is ***. I have spoken with her over and over and it still is not resolved.

We purchased a $25 cheesecake on June 30th from them when they were set up at a local store. We were told their credit card machine was not working so they took our credit card info and said they would run the card through when they got back to their business. Almost 2 months later I noticed a charge of $25 on August 4th and again on august 8th. I quickly called and explained the situation. I was told they would refund one of the charges but had to wait for "the boss" and asked for the credit card information again. The next week I called and spoke with someone who said they would talk to "the boss" and get back to me. I never heard anything. I called again and spoke to someone who asked for my credit card information again and said they would speak to "the boss" again about this. Never heard back and no refund. I called again the week before Labor day and the woman said she will refund the money after Labor day, no later than Wednesday. Wednesday came and went so I called back and told them I would go there and just get the cash. They said that would be fine. The day I am supposed to go get the cash I get a call stating they processed the refund but I would have to wait a couple days. This is a moth later and apx. 8-9 calls back and forth. I spoke with them today and was told they processed the refund and can't understand why I don't see it and proceeded to text me a screenshot of some transaction that was made with no date. I finally called our credit card company and they said they have not received any refund and it should not take 2 days. After 3 months from the original purchase and a month and a half since double charging us we still have not received a call from the owner or a refund. Poor customer service.

I RESPONDED TO A *** POSTING ON 10/2/2017 THAT WICKED KICKIN' CHEESECAKES POSTED REGARDING THE DELIVERY OF TWO CHEESECAKES FOR $35.00.I RECEIVED ORDER CONFIRMATION VIA TEXT AND A DELIVERY TIME WAS ESTABLISHED BY 4PM THAT DAY.I OFFERED TO CALL IN MY PAYMENT SINCE I COULD NOT GUARENTEE THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE HOME BEFORE 4PM IF THEY CAME EARLIER.MY PAYMENT WAS MADE OVER THE PHONE WITH MY DEBIT CARD.I WAITED UNTIL 5:36 PM TO TEXT ABOUT MY CHEESECAKES AND WHETHER OR NOT THAT WERE STILL ARRIVING THAT DAY.I RECEIVED A RESPONSE THAT YES THEY WERE COMING UNLESS I WANTED THEM THE FOLLOWING MORNING.I STATED THAT I STILL WANTED THEM THAT NIGHT.AT 7:47, I TEXTED AGAIN STATING THAT I COULD NO LONGER WAIT AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND SINCE THEY WERE ORDERED AT 12PM AND WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BY 4PM. AT 8:14 PM I RECEIVED A TEXT BACK STATING THEY COULD BE AT MY HOUSE IN 15 MINS.I AGAIN DECLINED AND ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK.I RECEIVED A RESPONSE THAT THEY WERE AGAIN SORRY AND WOULD REFUND MY MONEY. ON 10/4/2017, I INQUIRED ABOUT MY REFUND SINCE I HAD NOT RECEIVED IT. I DIDN'T RECIEVE A RESPONSE SO I USED THE MESSENGER APP ON *** ON 10/5/2017 TO INQUIRE ON THE STATUS OF MY REFUND. I RECEIVED ANOTHER APOLOGY AND WAS ASKED HOW I ORDERED THE CHEESECAKES, TEXT OR ONLINE. I PROVIDED THEM THE REQUESTED INFORMATION. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM SO I AGAIN SENT A MESSAGE ON 10/9/2017.I RECEIVED ANOTHER APOLOGY AND WAS TOLD THE REFUND WOULD BE DONE BY 6PM THAT NIGHT.ON 10/10/2017 I AGAIN SENT A MESSAGE.I WAS TOLD IT WAS PROCESSED AND WAS ASKED FOR MY EMAIL ADDRESS.I PROVIDED MY EMAIL TO THEM. ON 10/11/2017 I AGAIN SENT A MESSAGE SINCE I DIDN'T SEE THE REFUND OR THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION. NO RESPONSE.ON 10/12/2017, I SENT ANOTHER INQUIRING MESSAGE ON THE STATUS BECAUSE NO REFUND OR EMAIL WAS RECEIVED.I RECEIVED A RESPONSE WITH A SCREEN SHOT OF A REFUND THAT WAS PROCESSED TO AN *** CARD THAT WAS NOT MINE. I ADVISED THEM OF THIS AND ASKED FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME TO REFUND MY DEBIT CARD.AGAIN NO RESPONSE.
