This company is awful. I ordered a product for a gift on 11/21/14. They emailed me a week later saying that instead of 3 weeks for delivery, it will take 5. It has been 7 weeks now and I still have no product. They are liars and thief's.

Terrible company. Ordered a product (total was ~$400) in December of last year. The delivery estimate was 3-5wks. It was then changed to 7-14wks after I placed my order. I received an email that my order had "shipped" March 4th, and to expect it in two weeks. I then contacted the company in the middle of April asking if I could have a tracking number. They replied that my order was taken by the customs and I would be getting a refund as they could not reship it. I contacted them again on May 1st asking when I would be getting my refund, as they had said in the middle of April when I contacted them that they would start the process. They told me to check with them on May 7th. Contacted them on the 7th. Gave me the same canned response as before. A few days later, after I threatened to issue a chargeback, they lied to me and said that they had tried to refund me but "I had already charged back." I hadn't even called my bank. I was 110% done. I issued the chargeback, solved it in a day.

Order was offically cancelled but refund after 5 days has not been issued. Cannot get a hold of anyone. Automated phone voice-mail system. Automated email support "ticket"...just another run-around. Get the feeling this a scam!!
