Review: I sent them my unit for repair on 3/17/14. It is now 10/23/14. I have emailed them numerous times. First they said they didn't get it. I used tracking and it showed they did receive it. They finally found it. They cashed my check for $150. Now they are not even answering my emails. This unit was guaranteed for life (bench charge parts are extra hence the $150).Desired Settlement: I want the unit fixed and returned to me.
Review: Is not honoring warranty. From their site:
The Vapezilla and Phedor vaporizers are manufactured in the USA and come with lifetime labor and support (parts not included). Simply email us for a RMA# and send the unit back to us. We will not charge any labor on repairing the unit for the lifetime of your vaporizer. The consumer is responsible for the cost of replacement parts if any are needed to repair the unit. No other manufacturer offers this type of vaporizer support.
The warranty will no longer be valid if the unit has been tampered with (ie. chassis opened, settings changed, etc.).
I went through the procedure and sent an email to request a return authorization since my unit stopped heating.
On 9/13/14 at 9:58 pm, I received this reply:
Unfortunately, we are not accepting any repairs that require the heating element to be replaced at this time. We are currently experiencing supply issues with the manufacturer/vendor for the heating elements and are working on a solution to possibly source them elsewhere. Thanks for your understanding.
I sent a follow up email the next day, stating that I spent $550.00 on the unit because of the warranty and at this point they have not offered to replace the unit, fix the unit or provide a full refund.Desired Settlement: I have asked for a full refund $550.00 or replacement or repair (which they've already said they cannot do) and have not had a reply.

Review: I sent my phedor in for repairs (via instruction from wicked roots email) on November 6th, They received it via USPS 2-day Priority (Tracked) on November 8th. The last correspondence from them was on October 24th, 2014. I emailed on December 10th to check status of repair. On December 11th I received an email saying due to the holiday season they were experiencing a delay in repairs. From November 8th-November 22nd there are no holidays, and then again from November 29th- December 16th. So this is an awful excuse. I informed them I would like my repair done for free since they broke their written 2-week repair turn-around time. He informed me that the repair time was just an estimate and it takes 7-14 days to be logged into the system, which I then informed that the tracking number stated it was received on November 8th and provided him with the tracking number. It has now been another week with no reply from them.
RMA via Wicked Roots : [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a brand-new replacement of the Phedor for free sent 2-day priority tracked before 1/18/2015.
