[redacted] - Piercer at Stone Oak Wicked Ways is terrible - I submitted a compliant I first came in on April 18, and got a double forward helix piercing on the left earI came back in on June 2nd and got an upper lobe and helix piercing on the right ear Because [redacted] had been so great for the first piercing, I brought my friend from Houston with me that day and she got a double forward helix piercing and my boyfriend who got a helix piercing.(my boyfriend’s piercing has seemed to be ok and my GF is going to see someone today to verify that hers are ok)No one that day left with any printed after care instructions or guidance as to cleaning, do’s or don’ts I asked when he pierced the upper lobe if we HAD to use a butterfly back earring and that was the only option that was provided to meThe helix piercing that was done had jewelry that seemed very skinny and very long but [redacted] being the piercer, I did not question him After the June 2nd piercing, I have come

If I could give this place zero stars, I wouldGo somewhere else Let me start by saying, I am not new to getting tattoosI have over $worth of art on my bodyThis was the worst experience I've ever had at a tattoo shop I will preface this with, I am an year military veteran that struggles with PTS/Anxiety/Depression and wanted to get a tattoo that I consider very important to me as a positive reminder of my battleAll I've gotten from this entire experience is more anxietyI inquired about a tattoo this Wednesday (3/7)Went in Thursday at 1pm for a consult with the owner, Norm (3/8)First of all, he insulted the work I already had done on the sleeve I am working on filling in by saying anything he would do would my shoulder tat look oldwell it is, years old lol soooo thanks captain obviousHe also was trying to tell me that my medium sized arm tat was a $tattooHA no, so we agreed on $topsI'm not cheap, I know good work ain't cheap & cheap work ain't good but I also know when I feel like I'm being swindledDespite my hesitations with the entire feeling this appointment gave me, I still decided to move forward (like an it) paying a $deposit (at this point thinking he-Norm the owner would be the one doing my tattoo)He then proceeds to tell me that he will talk to the other artists and see who is available on Saturdayto which I was very hesitant because no good artist normally just has a Saturday free that last minutekind of odd but okayI was going with the flow, very patient I do believeNorm tells me to text him on Friday and remind him about setting up the Saturday apt (today 3/10)I get a text back later on Friday from a random number saying Hey norm told me to text you about a tattoo, what do you want? I'm sitting here dumbfounded like ISN'T THAT WHY I WENT IN FOR A CONSULTATION?!?! JesusI even had to ask who I was speaking with because I had no idea who was doing my tattoo at this pointHis stuff wasn't even on their website, so I asked if I could see a portfolio? To which he responded that he had been tattooing for yearsOkayyyyy? I've been drawing stick figures for years but that doesn't mean people want to pay me for itI feel this is pretty for someone to want to see the work of the person who will be tattooing them- call me crazy lolSo anyway, after lots of texting I tell him I'll just come in because I wasn't just wanting some picture off pinterest that they could just copy, I wanted some actual custom art work that needed further explanation - like the rest of my freaking tattoos have beenSo, Friday, I go in to the shop againwait minutes before he can see me, whateverI was patientHe then proceeds to tell me my idea is unbalancedto which I replied that I was open to the design so that it would be balanced, I really just wanted specific things incorporated because of the meaning but that I'm fine with giving him the reins artistically (because this is how I think the best tattoos come about, at least in my prior experience)He then says well I just want it to be goodwhich I replied no one wants it to be good more than I do, it's going to be on my freaking arm! This is how we left the consultationso needless to say I wasn't feeling overly zealous about my apt the next day (today-Saturday 3/10)So today, I text this artist, asking him to send me a picture of the sketch so I can make sure we are on the same page before I drive all the way over there for the 3rd time and get something permanently tatted on my bodyHe responds with I don't send pictures over text, if you want to get tattooed today, come inWTFBro, your customer service blowsI get it, you're an artist- not a teddy bear but come on learn how to talk to peopleI had been patient all the way up until his point at which I told him where they can shove my $depositI'll just wait and get tattooed by my favorite artist in Florida who is twice as talented and half the priceSeriously, you've been warnedProceed at your own risk with this place

Her story obviously does not match her responses in her text communication with my artistCall me at ###-###-#### for any further questions please

I cant just pick one category on this, seeing bow my complaint involves Customer Service, Delivery and Refund Issues to name a few I went into wicked ways on 3/4/I waited awhile and finally got to talk to a tattoo artistI told him what I wanted and I made an appointment for a little over a month outThen when my appointment day came 47/@ 7:p.mI was there and a little early because I definitely didn't want to be late seeing how they make you sign something that states they require hours notice if you won't make your appointment or are going to be late and no call no show then you loss your depositI like I said was earlyWhen my artist came out he asked if I had an appointment I said yes with youHe said oh well I need to talk to youI lost everything on my tablet thwt had all my drawings on itSo after talking I felt bad he lost everything seeing how this is his livelihood and allI was patient and understandingHe claimed I wouldn't have to wait another mon

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
It's obvious that they are not going to do anything to try and resolve this. They are...

showing they are going to keep my money and are completely ok with taking from people and delivering. It is obvious this will go no where and never be resolved. There are other ways to get money back and I guess I will have to go that route. This could have been a simple refund and we all move on and you are choosing not to go the simple route.
Regards,
