and the matter has been resolved.But I am away and will not be back until 8/**/15. I will do it the day I get back. But they have not sent instructions on how to send it. They only sent me an email saying to box up the 2 bottom cushions for return. Their email does not state that they will be replaced with the correct size

Review: I researched chair cushions for weeks online until I decided on this company due to the 5" bottom cushions they promise. Only one set came with 5" bottom the other 2 were only 3 1/2". Ordered on 5/**/15. First delivery 7/*/15 of 2 sets. I immediately emailed them and told them I had a problem with the cushions not being true to size. No one responded and I called on 7/*/15, spoke to Barbara, she said send photos to attention Vincent. Sent at 3:48pm, Again no response. I called again 4:25pm 7/**/15, spoke to a man who would not give his name. He had a conversation with another man in the background. He said "this woman has a problem with her order" the other guy said "that was a long time ago and that's what you get everything is different". I tried to speak and was hung up on. These were a total of $627.00. A lot of money. Please help meDesired Settlement: I want them to make the cushions as advertised like the one set that I received correctly. The 5" bottom. And if they cannot do that I want my money back. Also I do not expect to pay return shipping for the 2 sets they did not make correctly. Thank you

Review: I had order 4 chairs from them. After a back and forth shipping issue the chairs finally came. I asked what the dimensions of the chair were and he told me they were 25 inches. When we received them they were shorter than that and will not work with our counter. most important when I called to tell him they will not work and I had to return them [redacted] the I'm assuming [redacted] could not have been ruder. He said you can return them at your own expense and that was it. Not I sorry they didn't work nothing. Just rude!. I asked how I could return them and he said "thats not my problem". He fired me up and I was completely insulted by this man. He kept talking over me the entire time. He then told me I was a liar and that I just didn't like the chairs and the height was not an issue. He said "you what me to go home and put a knife to my neck/" would that make you feel better…..Then he hung up on me. I can't believe this man owns a business. I've had to return many things in my life and have never gotten this type of rudeness.Desired Settlement: He can pay for half the shipping costs going back.

[redacted] received stools that were in a fraction of an inch from the posted dimensions. In her complaint she is not even able to cite the size of what she received. In accordance with our return policy a customer has 5 days in which to return an item. We are willing to waive that condition and to waive our 30% re-stocking fee, but we insist that the customer returns the items at her expense as per our return policy we will refund her money in full less the outbound shipping cost to her. First of all I called Wicker Paradise within 2 days to tell them I wanted to return the chairs. That is when the rudeness of [redacted] started. They were shorter than we expected and regardless, we wanted to RETURN the chairs! It should not matter WHY. They are like sitting on cement and the back of the chair hits right in the middle of your back and are very uncomfortable. The reason WHY is many reasons. So it would have been IMPOSSIBLE to return chairs that are ordered on line within 5 days. That is just not reasonable. There was no mention of a restock fee until I contacted the Revdex.com. I AM PAYING the shipping back. I WILL not pay his INBOUND freight as he mentioned. He offered FREE shipping to me. He told me if I didn't like them I was responsible for Freight back which I am willing to pay.

When I first ordered these chairs online they were supposed to be RED and I got a confirmation they were shipped. The next day I got a cancellation email from UPS. SO I called wicker paradise and [redacted] said he cancelled the order because he was going to ship a different way. SO I waited another week and called back to see where my chairs were and he then said oh by the way they are not red they are brown. He sent me a picture of chair and I did ok it color. After 3 weeks they finally came and the are horrible. This could have been so easy. All I would like as I've said before is my refund of what I paid. That is the way to do business. I have ordered many many things on line and decorated a large home and have never had this kind of service.

The customer did not ask a specific question, but instead restated the original complaint. We will try to answer her specific issues.

First, if she perceived our representative as rude, we humbly apologize as we always strive to be courteous.

Second, she claims that the chair was shorter that expected and not comfortable. These items are handmade and thus there may be some variance as to dimensions. As to the comfort level, that is subjective and we will not argue if a customer says they are not comfortable.

Here is our return policy:

Refund Policy

Wicker Paradise takes pride in the quality of all the furniture we sell. If you are not satisfied with any item, call us at [redacted] and we will rectify the problem to your satisfaction. If and only after we have tried to rectify the problem and it does not meet your expectations, we will refund your money in full less shipping charges to your home (we offer free shipping, however on returns this would be calculated by the shipping costs from our carriers). You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item(s).

It does state that we deduct our freight cost from returned items. We do not charge extra for shipping and cannot absorb these costs on returns. We feel that everyone should review a company's policies before purchasing online.

All this company keeps doing is copying and pasting their return policy. Clearly they didn't read my last response very well. They have made this an unexceptable situation. All they had to do was be kind and help me exchange or return these chairs. I am forced to keep these chairs because to return them would not be cost effective. Sad really on their part. I would never buy anything from this awful company. So I will give these chairs to charity and I'm out 600.00 dollars. I will be sure to give all the necessary reviews on line because I would not want anyone else to have this kind of experience. Clearly they are not kind and do know anything about customer service.

furniture and price good. Delivery terrible. Agreement was no delivery charge with delivery at curb. Stuff delivered at curb however driver was too weak to lift boxes so he used lift gate to get them off truck. Charge $55. Wicker paradise told me too bad. The alternative is for the customer to get the boxes off the truck. As far as I am concerned that is the job of the delivery company. So I would never use this company again because delivery may again result in a charge even though the bill says there is no delivery charge.

I ordered approx. $5000.00 or more of furniture in June of 2014. I was told a 15% deposit fee was due and paid it. My furniture did not arrive until November of 2014! No where on their web site did it say there would be a six month waiting period! After calling the store so many times I was always told well maybe next month! They held mt monies for 6 months! I absolutely love the furniture and knew that it was what I wanted but way too long to wait. I feel it should have been explained right in the beginning. Also there is no place on their site to write a review I wonder why?

Good Day!!!!!!!!!!!! I received my cushions today and absolutely like them imensely!!! As promised they were delivered in the exact timeframe expected! And as the picture shown the pattern, that is exactly what I received! I would recommend this establishment if you are looking for good quality cushions!!!
