I was told by one of Thier technicians a part to be ordered to replace a shower cartridgeI ordered exact part they came here to change and it was wrong cartridgeThey charged me anyways and once I got the correct cartridge they wanted to charge me again and told me Thier technicians never told me to order anything and it was my problem and they would charge me again to complete a job they never completed and I already payed for

never completed a service that was paid for in full due to their negligenceThier technician had me order part *** *** for the showerWhen they came to change they told me it was wrong part and made me payI called main office and told them what happenedThe technician lied and they backed up the technician that they never told me a part number and I would have to pay again to complete the incomplete jobI paid them plus for a wrong part due to the unqualified person that is their employee
