Wickford Motor Inn

In regards to this complaint *** *** came into the hotel, I was not present at the timeThe person who was there was very trust worthyThe consumer had never gotten as far to even go into the roomAs far as the registration card it was not filled in so she was given thatThe consumer left
saying she felt that the Inn did not smell rightAt this point there will be No refundI have to say we have been in business since and have never had the type of issue before. Thank you
