which includes filling engine with oil and filling machine with gasWhen machine failed it was returned to us for warranty inspection*** distributor says the failure is not warrantywe offered a new engine at cost, which was going to take months to get*** was unwilling to accept that option and said she could get the engine elsewhere cheaper and they could take care of the installation themselves.in the fall she came in and acted surprised it was not fixedIf they feel I serviced the unit, I do not know how the started the unit or moved it as there would be no gas in it (and no oil) plus the handles were not assembled because it was left in the crateWhen *** picked the unit up in pieces she said I was going to give her an address to get the engine from (I do not know where that idea came from)*** say she paid $for the machine, which is a deal as list price on the machine is $

What more can I do, I offered the engine at cost, offered to install engineMachine had been here for so long with no contact from them it was about to be considered unclaimed merchandiseIn the spring of her husband asked for a price for an engine(I assume for the one in question)but he never responded if they wanted it or not
This experience with *** has cost us labor to do the warranty assessment, cost of storage, and stress of an unhappy customer
