We are sorry to hear that [redacted] felt he had to complain to Revdex.comOn Valentines Day it was degrees & therefore because of weather conditions it did take our drivers longer to deliver flowersThere was icy roads etc We explained our driver was block away & flowers would be delivered @ 4:30pmHe didn't want to hear about that & said to cancel orderWhich we did & he was refunded his moneyWe do the best we can but sometimes it just isn't good enough for some customers?
