I am rejecting this response because: Actually your advertising is my businessWith your "Going Out of Business" sign you are able to enforce such a One Sided store policy of All Sales are Final, NO EXCHANGE, or ReturnWhen you purchase from a store that is indeed going out of business you expect that all sales are finalHowever you are FALSELY using the going out of business sign towards your advantage which is MISLEADING to customersFor Over a year you have been advertising the store as going out of business without an actual intent of closing your storeYou continue to be in business there for you are AdvertisingIf you were in fact closing there would be no need for such a rude statement as " its none of my business" from your partInstead you should of been able to offer me a response with an estimated closing dateSo in fact you are Advertising

To whom it may concerned,I ( [redacted] store manager) cannot locate her invoice base on her name and date of purchaseIn order for me to know what item she bought from us, I need her original invoice- Thank you

I can believe how some people,like Mr*** could say that they adviced us about as is is when we buy the furniture,new not a second hand furniture;on april 2016, when we go to the store he told us "we are closing,tell that to the manufacturer,they should take care of that.How many times they going to close?The honesty is the basis of a good business.I wrote before on my previous mail that I contacted the manufacturer AC PACIFIC CORPORATION,before and after I coctacted Mr.***,a representative from Pacific told me, the store have to take care of that.The warranty was attached to the furniture.I don't really Know whose going to take care of the warranty.For your attention and comprehention,thank you.*** and *** ***

When you purchase from a store that is indeed going out of business you expect that all sales are final. However you are FALSELY using the going out of business sign towards your advantage which is MISLEADING to customers. For Over a year you have been advertising the store as going out of business without an actual intent of closing your store. You continue to be in business there for you are False Advertising. If you were in fact closing there would be no need for such a rude statement as " its none of my business" from your part. Instead you should of been able to offer me a response with an estimated closing date. So in fact you are False Advertising.
